***Gloves....Glorious Gloves***

My sister can always come up with the most clever and artistic craft ideas. She bought inexpensive knit gloves and crocheted on the top of each one, using a yarn with lots of fringe and tassels! She worked single crochet stitches on the right side and added a chain stitch at the end of each row.

Then she turned the 'cuff' down and VOILA!

A beautiful custom made, one of a kind, winter glove!

Very nice, Delores! Thank you!

Fabulous gloves. I am always fascinated with them, makes one look so sophisticated. The only time we wear them is for gardening...so never this type of gloves, the weather is averaging 33 celcius and 98% humid, so I can imagine anyone sweating under this here hehe:D

..but these are just beautiful :p

Aren't those pretty! My mother hand knits scarves with that kind of yarn. I have several and all are pretty no matter what color.

Wow on the gloves! I thought that was a beautiful boquet someone had arranged IN the glove until I looked a bit closer. So pretty and feminine!
