I'm so excited!

I am so happy to be back and have so many neat things to share!

One great thing about getting away for a few days
is all the new things you get to experience.

Traveling opens up so many creative avenues!
I said....PULL OVER and let me take a picture of that Cowboy!
Yelling like that will at least shock my hubby into slowing down a LITTLE!
But look closer....are you sure this is a CowBOY? lol

We were SO fortunate to have an Art Show
at the Palm Grove Club within walking distance of our house!
It was hosted by the local art club and
we were amazed at the talent among our friends and neighbors!

I bought 2 small prints but forgot to take a picture of one of them! EEEE!

I LOVE the colors in this one and we hung it in the study.

I bought some note cards and these book marks.

I love pretty handmade bookmarks!
I am an avid reader and they make me happy!
Happy Sunday everyone!!!

Diane, Ah....warm sunshine and SHORTS sound so enticing! At least the sun is shining today.

The bookmarks you bought are so pretty! I love the colors, the squirrel and the poms. Poms - they're one of my favorite fruits to paint.

It sounds like you had a wonderful time. So nice to be away from ice and snow. Not much longer and the sprouts will be sprouting!

Hi Diane,

Oh goodness - sounds like you had a lovely time getting away from the cold weather. The bookmarks are darling "mini" works of art and the paiting with sunflowers is beautiful.

Spring is just around the corner and flowers will be in bloom before you know it.
Blessings,
Erin

There is a small place down the road from us with this little house that has one of those cowboy cutouts. It is near the bay and it looks funny being near the water. He needs to be out West somewhere.

I like the sunflowers. They remind me of summer. We could use some warm weather around here.

Hi
Have just discovered your blog via Niki's Nostalgia at the Stone House. I love the winter wonderland photos!!! That must have looked so magical. Although I am looking forward to spring. I did enjoy looking at those photos.

I saw a cowboy and cowgirl 'pair' recently in our travels --- but the cowgirl was absolutely surgically enhanced! I'm sure of it! LOL! I tell you --- why can't the metal worker leave nature alone?

LOL!

Oh pooh. You were in Florida and I missed you! We had beautiful weather last week, well except for the pollen. Belated anniversary wishes to you and your hubby.

I don't think I have ever seen a "shadow cowgirl" like that!
I think the bookmarks are really cute!!!
