This and that!

My sweetheart bought me a few things at the Biltmore Estate.
I found these but couldn't decide which one I wanted.

So he picked up one and said,
'I'll get this one and you get that one' !!!

How sweet it that?

Which one do you like best?

Here are a few thrift store finds....

I love this beautiful red bowl.

It's really heavy and has leaves and grapes
around the bowl and the base.

I cannot pass up a big crock bowl like this.

The tag said, Yellow bowl...and isn't it perfect for a fruit bowl!

I love my neighborhood Produce store.

The fruits and veggies are all local and so fresh!

I wanted to share some of the gourds for sale in the store.

Have a wonderful Monday!

Enjoy the view....wherever you are!

The view from my kitchen is low fog in my corner of the Pacific Northwest.
I vote for the little sweet bird box. I would have snatched it up too in a blink of an eye.
The gourds make me smile big! I can hardly wait for autumn to unroll.
Hugs through blog land for making my morning happy.

Your sweetheart was very sweet to give you both bird dishes. They are really pretty. I love the red glass. It is so much fun to go thrifting.
Those painted gourds are really cute. My favorite picture is the lightning in the sky. I think that is what it is, I am taking a second look and I am not sure. It is beautiful, whatever it is.

All you finds are fantastic! I love little covered containers for my creams and such I make. The little bowl would be just perfect for a small sweet potpouri from the garden...
Lovely landscape...clouds and mountains....

I love bowls. I used to collect them but I finally had to stop as I ran out of room. It all started when I was looking for a huge bowl for baking bread. I wanted one like my mother used to use. I never did find the same one so I just kept looking and buying. I loved Bauer but have several yellow ware bowls and a few others. Be carful, it could become an addiction. heheh
