"Wednesday Wee Ones"

I had a fun Raggedy Ann weekend!

(Sorry I didn't realize the flash didn't go off! EEEEE)

She was on the clearance shelf at Magpie's and almost got
put into a plastic bag on my way out!

I know the lady that checked me out thought it was funny
that I took her out of the bag and carried her out like she was real!

Look at the detail in her sweet little dress!

The Fall decorations in the store were amazing!
I should go back with my camera! lol

And I won a sweet giveaway at the Raggedy Ann blog party
and she sent me this beautiful fabric!
I can't wait to start a sewing project!
Thank you SO much!

And I found the Golden book at Goodwill!
PERFECT!

And I know you are thinking I am showing the same
Fall decorations....but look close!

I sewed a tiny Hemlock Pinecone
on this cute little scarecrow!

Now he's complete!

Enjoy your Wednesday!
Take time to PLAY
and SEW!!!

When I purchased Granny Ginger at the Fesitfair, the lady tried to put her into a bag and I said no thank you and carried her around...teehee!

The pine cone button is just the right touch!☺

I am reminded of the Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls I had as a little girl. Mine aren't so clean anymore...'cause I played with them as a child. They are so precious. And I think I had that same Golden Book too. At least it looks VERY familiar! So cute! :)

Hi Sweetie! Thanks for the heads up about my link, not linking. I'll get better at blogging one of these days!...I love your dolly, she's adorable, and I think your little scarecrow and mine are cousins! Hugs, Paulette :o)

I love your Raggedy Ann. There is something so special about raggedy dolls and their quaint little faces. Yours is really cute.

Your little scarecrows are so sweet. That is a cute piece of fabric you won. What are you going to make with it?

Have a nice day
Iris

I also am a big Raggedy Ann fan. What a great doll. And I agree: neither dolls nor stuffed critters ever get placed in a bag.

Take time to play and sew you say...I'll take the advice on playing but I sew like I mow the lawn...it's outrageous! One thing I love about you is your ability to make us all smile!
