“Wednesday………”

Well, I feel at a loss today! I decided awhile back that I would not do Wednesday Wee Ones EVERY Wednesday but mix it up a little! But I haven’t decided how to ‘mix it’ yet! Any ideas?

Here’s Wednesday mountains….

and my Wednesday lunch….(kind of a Taco Salad without any chips! lol)

And maybe later I’ll take photos of my Wednesday hair style! I got my hair ALL CUT OFF today! heehee! I got so tired of it being straight and flat that I told her to layer it and cut it SHORT! Now if I could only find a cute dress and a shoulder bag to carry! heeheehee!

My cute little Salt and Pepper shakers I found at Goodwill….My only Wednesday Wee ones for the day!

Enjoy your afternoon!

Play, smile and have a wee bit of fun!

Love the old photo! I'm trying to grow my hair out a bit for winter. I'm not sure if I'm going to make it... I'm about ready to tell my stylist to cut it short again... I hate the growing out of it!

Oh, my hair is straight and flat too..., and I've been wearing it short!! I either cut it myself or my husband does, and once I shaved it all off..., now that I wouldn't do again!

I have been truely flirting with chopping off my hair but it's the one thing I just haven't jump of on yet. It was very short in the military and since leaving, the most I have cut of is a foot. I can't get myself to do it. Menopause just might change that however. These hot flashes are so much worse with a head a hair and no escape for the flash. :--/<

May I ask, why lavender dreams for a blog title? Do you grow lavender?

Hugs. Tammy

Every time I go, I get my hair cut just a little bit shorter. It is just easier to take care of. I have never been a hair person. I have to have a style that requires very little work. Sounds like you have had a nice week so far. I lover your salt and pepper shakers. I got some great treasures at GW today too. That salad looks delicious! I'm looking forward to meeting you at Penny's. Love & blessings from NC!

Love that taco salad without the chips! I just got my hair (trimmed) a few weeks ago, and I'm still getting used to it. Shorter is nice. :) Mumzie

Oh, I can't wait to see a picture of your new hair style! My hair is very short and I really love it. I like a really easy style that I don't have to mess with because when it comes to "fixing" my hair, I have two left hands!

I LOVE those S&P shakers. I just adore birds! :o)

XOXO,

Cyndi

I'm with you, Di! I don't like flat hair either. I have to keep mine shorter than I'd like just so it's somewhat "fluffy"! I've always wanted to be a long hair kind of gal and even have a ponytail, but it just doesn't work for me. *sigh*
Bad hair days are the pits! LOL!

I have flat and straight hair too. I have them layered but I'd love to go short, about shoulder length. Those salt and pepper shakers are so adorable!

I'm going to get my hair cut tomorrow. It seems like no matter how I have her cut it I go home and style it the same way I always do.
If I ever found S & P shakers that cute at GW, I'd be doing the happy dance. Soo, soo cute.

I'm quite happy with the mountain photograph! I do miss those mountains and am looking forward to my annual October visit to them! Your salad looks delicious. I'm also loving the wee bird salt and pepper shakers. I used to babysit for a lady who collected them and determined to do the same when I grew up. So far, I haven't--but, there's always time.

Best,
Bonnie

It's all good. I like the Wednesday Mountain photo but, I think the mixing-up the photos, or just use whatever moves you for the moment and post it.

Is there anything prettier than the NC mountains? I think not! We have wonderful mountains in CA but they are very rugged and dramatic whereas the NC mountains are lush and beautiful and
graceful. Very jpretty picture.
Have a great weekend.

Bet your hair is sooo cute. I keep mine real short...no time to mess with it..too busy bloggin'...heh heh

Wsprsweetly Of Cottages said...

Ok..I'm a nut but I like to MESS with my hair. I'm kidding!! However I can't wear mine short..it's gray! And it's curly..by nature..and it's wash and wear. I use clips..and pull it back. It's a habit..and I would like to wear it down..but...it gets in my face and I can't stand it!
Never mind. I'm in a rut and I take the easy way out. I cut it myself! I divide it, pull each side to my chin and whack it off.
You can't tell because it's curly.
:)
A new dress?? Sigh. I wear jeans..and slacks..
Like I said..RUT!

The salt and peppers are cute..I like them..VERY retro..but..please, oh please don't leave the "wee ones" out.
Are you decorating for Fall?

I went to Goodwill today. I will have to show you what I bought.
LOVE your blog... :) PLEASE don't leave me along playing dolls...ok?
Hugs,
Mona

That was a nice mix of fun. The picture of you as a little girl is adorable. Where is the NOW pic with your new do????? The S&P shakers are adorable. Your salad reminded me I have a very ripe avacado in the fridge. I know what I'm having for lunch now!
