Just a ‘little’ Fall decor!

This is my favorite fall decoration to take out of a box!

DSCN1564

I love my sweet little pumpkins that a lady here in the mountains makes in her shop.

Pumpkins1564

She comes to a lot of the arts and craft fairs but she usually has these at the one in October.

Over the years I have added to my collection!

I am ‘under the weather’ …..whatever that means! It’s really beautiful here right now but I will be stuck inside today! I don’t feel so good!  But I’m reading a really good book….

And I have my favorite blogs to check on!

Sorry to hear that you're under the weather. Hopefully your cute pumpkins and good book will help to speed up the healing process.

I hope you feel better soon! You sound so cheerful even when you are ill. I love the little pumpkins, how nice it must be to know who made them.

Oh no...still under the weather? Well, listen, have a cup of chamomille tea and take two Tylenol and then slip off for a nap with that good book in hand in case you can't sleep or wake up and don't want to move. Your pumpkins are sweet...take good care of yourself...feel free to call Jake on his imaginary line anytime; he always understands.

Hope you feel better soon. I have a Halloween stuffed vampire that is inside a tin coffin that the grands like to play with. Usually the 3 year old girl likes to open the coffin and scream then laughs. We'll be glad when she stoops that. I never really decorated for Fall but will be looking for things after the season. Getting ready to go to Fl at the end of the month so I kind of lose track of seasons.

Hi Diane,

I hope that you are feeling better.
Your little pumpkins are lovely and make a neat display.
I have the same book A Vintage Affair, it is a really good book.

Happy Thursday

I love fall and all it has to offer so it would be hard to decide what would be my favorite! I do know one thing, if it is outside it would be the beauty of the trees!!
Hope you get better soon, at least it is this week and not next!!

Hi Diane
Aww I'm so sorry that you have been feeling poorly. I do hope you are a lot better today and appreciated the rest and snuggling up with a book - often the best medicine!
I loooove your Autumn decoration, particularly the rich shades of those maple leaves... beautiful.
Thank you so much for stopping by Tanglefrost and entering the giveaway too. I'm looking forward to flying by here often as there is clearly much to delight.
Sparkling, healing wishes sent your way, hun.

Hope you've recovered Diane and are out from being 'under the weather' - don't forget, we've all got to be in fine fettle for our trip to Penny's next week! Anxious to meet you and all the bloggers planning to be there - it will be fun!

Things are hectic around here so I for one am definitely looking forward to hitting the road and heading to then beautiful NC mountains.

Those sweet little pumpkins are gorgeous - that lady is definitely talented. I've just posted on the best pumpkins here in Raleigh!

See you soon.

You have that decorated so cute! I love the mousey! So sweeeeet! EEK!
I keep adding to mine because every year I go to Bath & Body Works and buy whatever Fall Fragrance they have in their ceramic candle holders! My favorite fall scent of theirs is "Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin" so you can imagine that my ceramic pumpkin collection just grows every year! They are so cute because they come with a little lid and the stem is on the lid and so you can use it for a trinket box when the candle has burned out or put tea lights in it or whatever!
