I’m squeaky clean!

Or I should be…I love SOAP!

One of my favorite stores is downsizing and having a big sale. Magpies is going from 2 locations to 1 and everything in their store is 40% off! Time to shop!

I bought these precious little chicks and this beautiful cube of vanilla honey soap!

I decided to enjoy it right here by my computer for awhile!

I also won these soaps and a bottle of lotion in a giveaway by Homemaker on a Dime.

The soaps are made by Rebecca at Soap Delicatessen! Visit her blog HERE!

A special THANK YOU to these sweet ladies!

And Bath and Body has a new hand soap…

And I don’t want to leave out my Lavender Dreams soap that Tracy..the Screaming Sardine …and Sunburnt Cow Handmade Shop(don’t you LOVE the name of her blogs)…made just for me! I brought one bar with me to the condo! I better use it sparingly!

Do you have a favorite soap? What scent do you like best?

I mostly use Dove Sensitive Skin because my dermatologist says it is best for sensitive skin. But I must say that I love Mistral's soaps, and one of my favorites scents is Japanese Apricot :D

Congrats on your wins!!!

Well, I'm going to have to go to the mall and get some of that Lavender Soap! I wish B&B had a lemon line. I remember Fresh Lemon from when I was a teenager. Loved it!

You commented on my blog that you liked the embroidered sachet. I am going to be opening an Etsy shop sometime soon, and that will be one of the things I will be selling. More info later.

I also use Dove for sensitive skin but my favorite scented one is pink grapefruit from the Body Shop..

You look as if you're all set for soap. Did your mom used to give you the cute little hostess sets from Avon when you were a little girl? Mine did. I think that's why I still love soaps.

Right now I'm loving Cape Cod Cranberry, though I do have a favorite kitchen soap called "Coffee Grounds" because it has coffee grounds in it.

Yes indeed I LOVE handmade soaps and have a couple favorite flavors: Honey almond, roses, lemon are just a few !
Nice wins!

Oh how I love fun soaps too but like Ricki and laurie, I use Dove. Reading your post makes me want to take a walk on the screaming sardine side.

The honey soap sounds wonderful!

Beautiful soaps and lotions you have there, Diane. I bet they all smell yummy.

As to my Lavender Vanilla Dreams soap, I'm so glad you like it! I actually am using a sliver of it from the batch I made you. I really like it - hehe. I usually like food smelling soaps, esp. pomegranate. I like a scent I created called Spiced Cranberry Espresso, but alas, that's not skin safe, so I have to have it in a sachet.

Diane, I love those chicks! I would have definitely bought them if I saw them fo sale ...so cute! :)

I love Orange Bergamot scented soap the best, closely followed by lavender. I buy it at Bath and Body Shop.

I am so boring when it comes to soap ... boring ole soap in our household! I need to spice it up a bit after seeing all this!

I'm not as up to snuff on this scented soaps idea. I'll have to try some lavender scented ... that appeals to me the most of all the ones mentioned so far.

I love soaps and yours sound and look wonderful. I make my own soaps also with a gentle scrubber in the middle. I have very dry skin and they help so much! My favorite scents are any kind of citrus, they just smell so clean. My second is mint, I grow mint in my garden and it is so calming! I am growing Lavender in my garden also, I'm hoping it does well so I can give it a try!

I love those little chicks! On special days I use Nantucket Briar soap from Crabtree and Evelyn, but other than that I've been using Irish Spring every day of my life! Even on my face! This makes my sisters yell at me.

How cute are those little chicks! Love 'em! Hmmm, I would have to say that gardenia is probably my favorite soap fragrance!

Hello Diane! Lucky you!!! I love the prizes too. You must have done something good to be rewarded. Regarding your question, I use either Dove or Ivory all my life. I love the clean and refreshing scent it brings. Both are also mild enough not to irritate my skin.
