A little music…a little dancing!

We went to Biltmore Park to hear Dashboard Blue this weekend and my Zumba class danced to a few of the songs!

We had a few people from the audience join us…

and some really sweet kids that had fun!

Do you remember being a kid and loving to dance…and NOT being too shy to get up in front of everyone?

I’m still LOVING Zumba and I’ve been going to the classes twice a week!

I love to walk…but I would rather DANCE!

What do you do for exercise?

I followed ALA CARTE's blog over to you this morning wondering was Lavender Dreams was about. ASHVILLE!!! My hubby and I are taking our first vacation in years and driving up to Ashville this weekend. Please, please let the weather be nice :) If there are any "must see, must do" please let me know!

Looks like fun! But I've always had a problem following directions at a quick pace. Yoga and Tai Chi is more my speed!

It looks like so much fun and I love to dance! I have not done much in the exercise department other than work where I am on my feet all the time but I would love to get back into yoga soon.
I hope you enjoyed your weekend and have a great week!

I'm a walker, but your Zumba looks pretty interesting.

Don't know if I could get up and dance in public, you and your friends did a great job. Way to go!

How fun and very very brave. I've just enrolled Josie in dance/gym classes that start in a few weeks. I can't wait to see her tearing it up on the dance floor. Prior to my foot injury, I was running. Once the walking cast comes off in a few weeks, I'll be getting back into walking and the stair master.

I give two gifts to the world -- I don't sing (because I can't )and the same goes for dancing. Those small children would have run away from fear if I was out there with you! :-)

Well..I dragged our exercise bike into the family room and uglified it so I could exercise. I do. I walk by it several times a day and reach out and touch it..and promise it I will be right back.. :)
It's great to have..but like you I would rather be dancing!
Any new dollies lately? Naw..me either. They need some clothing changes though. I also promise THEM I'll be back to do that...and never seem to make it.
