Hi Miss Lavender Dreams,

WOW, now that is what I call a serious pun'kin patch. I like those gourds too.

Did you pick out a pun'kin for yourself?

Looks like you had a "Peter Piper" day and picked pumpkins, not peppers . . . Can't wait to see what you bought!

The lacy pumpkin is a beauty!! Hope you bought it .

I enjoy going to farm stands at any time but in the fall, I can't get enough of them. I will probably stop by another one today. :) xo

Those are gorgeous photos, Diane. Thanks so much for sharing them with us. Wish I lived near a pumpkin patch; they're always so fun.

That one pumpkin really does look like it's lacy; how cool is that! And those gourds are so interesting looking.

Have a great weekend, my friend.

Gorgeous pictures. I can't wait to see what you came home with. It's been bitter cold and windy in West MI. Rumors are saying that snow flakes may fly next week.

I too love the pumpkins in the pumpkin patch and we were lucky because our LL planted a big patch of Pumpkins and Melons not far from the North side of our driveway and of course our Pumpkins were free and I will bake them ( I got 4 nice ones) and will cut them open to remove the seeds and then bake them so I will be stocked up with Pumpkin pie filling all winter. My DH enjoyed going out every day and bringing a melon in and cutting it open and eatinh half in the morning and the other half later in the day...He loves Watermelon and I enjoyed the cantaloupe. Then of course there was a HUGE patch of sweet corn so we have a lot of corn on the cob in the freezer.
Thank you for sharing your Pumpkin Patch pictures..much prettier than the ones here :)

Those are some great pumpkins! The warty one is perfect for Halloween. I haven't seen a pumpkin patch yet, but I did pass a corn maze on my way to Gainesville yesterday.

Just what is it about pumpkins that draw our attention to them....maybe that vibrant color, or the endless variety of shapes? We have several local farm markets and one especially out does itself with such eye catching displays of their pumpkins. Your pics make me want to run right over there and snap a few photos. Thanks for sharing :)

I loved taking my kids to the pumpkin farm when they were little. We were going to go today for old times sake, but got rained out.

We went to a friends fr a big campout this weekend and I saw several patches on the way there and back... I'm going to have to go to a patch this year and take photos!

Lots of great pumpkins! We went to the apple / pumpkin farm with grids, but we just picked apples. The deer eat the pumpkins if you leave them outside.:(
I am glad you figured out Earl was safe!
