Are you hungry AGAIN?

We love to eat! We love to buy fresh ingredients and get in the kitchen together and cook! And I am so glad my hubby loves to grill!

What’s on the menu tonight?

Beef Ribs....OH MY!

DSCN2933

Hubby marinates them for at least an hour. He has even agreed to share his secret marinade recipe. Of course, he says he adds to it....so there may be a secret ingredient he’s guarding! heehee!

DSCN2934

He does not put the BBQ sauce on the ribs while they are grilling. We ‘dip’ our ribs in sauce on our plates.

I’m joining Shannon at Cozy Home Scenes. Hope you’ll check out some of the other party goers for more great summertime meal ideas!

Which do you prefer....Beef ribs or Pork?

Beef ribs are my FAV!

Oh yummy! I love that your hubs likes to cook too. So does mine when he has a day off and wants to get creative. Men can be the best cooks for sure. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

We love pork ribs! Every now and then, hubby will break out the smoker and smoke up a batch. We especially like the dry rub on them, but we also add barbecue sauce at the table! mmmm, good eating!

Pineapple please, pineapple. lol
Diane, beef and I are not friends. At a bbq, I am known to toast a bun and put all the fixings but not the patty. Does that make me odd? hahaha.

Hi Diane, Well now I am hungry. The ribs look so yummy. My guy loves to grill too. Thank you for sharing the recipe.
Thank you also for stopping and your thoughts for our loss with Miss B. We miss her terribly.
Loved catching up with your posts. Have a great weekend.

BBQ food is my favorite too and I grill when hubby doesn't want too although hubby does make the greatest pork ribs (roasted in oven before bbqing to reduce fat content) with his grape jelly and heinz chili sauce method

Thank your husband for sharing his recipe. Those ribs look mouthwaterng, so I know his marinade must be a good one to try! Looks like you've been eating well this week, my friend! Maybe you should grill every night to give yourself a vacation and let your husband do the work. Thanks for joining my party again!

I love both! I will be trying your hubby's marinade the next time I do ribs. I usually sauce mine on the grill, and it makes such a mess. Next time I will try your way and put some sauce down for dipping. YUM!

You're killing me. Oh well, it's a good way to go. ;) Gotta go, calling my husband to stop by Publix before he gets home. See what you do? ;)

Enjoy your Sunday.

Sounds like dh ribs would be perfect entry for Memphis Bar-B Cue festival. In May the festival is the granddaddy of swine and draws people from all over from the novice to the professional. I love both and depends on which restaurant I visit. Don't do much grilling since we have so many good places to buy.
