An interesting week....

Not really! I’ve had a dull week! I’ve had some kind of bad cold that made me sick and left me feeling weak! (and since I haven’t been sick in years, I was extra pitiful!) But I’m better now and I appreciate the sweet emails, comments and cards!

I’ve managed to drag myself out to the balcony for some spectacular sunsets but it’s been a most uninteresting week!

It’s wonderful to feel better though and we have a trip planned for the weekend so I’ll take lots of photos and have something fun to share soon!

I’m always so happy for a new month and since SUMMER is my MOST favorite season, I’m excited to feel GOOD again and have the month of June to look forward to!

Do you have special plans for the weekend?

How are YOU feeling today?

Hi Diane...sorry you were illen, but happy to hear you are better. I am just crazy busy now with the boys finished with school. They will run this Momma ragged now! But I love it and not complaining. Enjoy the weekend.

I hope you are better this weekend! I am stressed right now preparing for an art show next weekend. I should not put all of this stress on myself! :/

Take care of yourself this weekend!

Well, now that I've visited your page, I'm feeling a lot better. I need to start here on most days. Facebook is not the best place to start our day. ;)

Happy to hear you are feeling better, my friend. Hoping that you enjoy your weekend and come back with lots of goodies to share. I look forward to it.
My weekend plans are basically spending more time at my art table because it's raining cats and dogs here in South Florida. Summer is not most Floridians' favorite season. ;)

I'm so glad you are feeling better, Diane! Your sunset photos are beautiful!

I've been feeling a lot of "post wedding fatigue" ..I guess all the stress and excitment caught up with me, but I am happily unwinding and relaxing.

I'm glad you're starting to feel better-it's no fun being sick, especially during the nicest weather of the year! Oh do you really want to know how I feel? :) I think I need a date with my heating pad! Back aches and crampiness galore here. Do they make wrap around heating pads?

Glad you feel better!!! No special plans... just hanging out, spending time on the porch. Kind of my favorite thing to do. Happy weekend!!

Hi Diane- Glad you are feeling better...would hate to miss a weekend trip for illness.

We have a big recital to go to for 3 grands in dance tonight, furniture to take down to our daughter and a boat to move 100 miles South. I did get the lawn mowed this morning in anticipation that I won't have time later this week-xo Diana

Diane, You absolutely are always so kind to me. I can't say enough how I have enjoyed your blog over the years. It does my heart so good to see both NC and FLa all in the same place. I'm glad you are on the mend. Like you I haven't been ill in years and years. I will be a whiner too, I'm sure!
Have a lovely weekend in Florida! E

Hello sweet lavender lover!!!!

Oh dearest, thank you for coming to leave a comment although you are not feeling up to snuff; the LAVENDER photos I KNEW would make you feel happy! Oh what you need right now is a good cup of lavender tea. It will put you to sleep and that is just what you need, plenty of rest.

DO COME BACK NEXT WEEK for a whole week of Paris visits. You just may run into a lavender post somewhere!
