Barn Charm Photo

I’ve always wanted to take part in Barn Charm and we certainly see some neat old barns here in the mountains of North Carolina. Of course we also have winding roads and mountains and trees! Who knew it would be almost impossible to take photos of the wonderful old barns I see and love.

This one was taken while I was walking on a trail in Fletcher Park so I’m peeking through the trees and zooming all the way! lol

I’m joining Barn Charm HERE !

I love old barns, don’t you?

Lovely! I bet those leaves are coming down now! We saw several nice barns on our NC trip. But there was no way to safety photograph them.

Well, you already know how much I adore those gorgeous old barns. This capture is just beautiful, Diane.

We were supposed to go see the leaves this past weekend, but with my Dr. restrictions, I will once again miss another year of God's magnificent artwork.

Have a wonderful week.

Yes, I love old barns. I feel sad when I see those that are falling down, due to neglect. People need to repair and patch those...don't just let them fall. My neighbor has all metal barns. Not so pretty. Smiles, Susie

I also love old barns. The ones in Pa. with the stone are amazing.
We had a beautiful huge old barn really close to our house. They took it down piece by piece. Iwas s o sad. But the barn ended up on the Longaberger (basket) property so I can visit, hah.

Beautiful. I tried to get some fog and mountain shots in Dahlonega this weekend and they looked awful. Not enough zoom. Around home Joe and I routinely trespass.

It's not always easy to pull over when we see a good photo op. Sometimes by foot is the best.

Beautiful barn photo. Yes, it is fun to get those awesome photo shots. I always enjoy your photos. We do have barns here in Alabama. I may go out and try to photograph one. I checked out the Barn Charm (Bluff Area Daily) blog, and am now following it as well.

Beautiful scene!! Some barns are very challenging to photograph, and it seems like those are some of the very best. When you do manage to capture one of those it's very satisfying.
