Holiday Board Games

Sometimes I put decorations on the table in our library area but this year I set up a board game.
PMflourPixiesPicMonkey Collage
Now if we can just find time to play it!
I walked by and noticed my hubby had ALL of the train pieces going around the tracks.
And then another time I noticed that my pixies were ‘playing’ and one had toppled over!

Now…that’s better!

You just never know at this time of year what to expect!
This game is ‘Ticket to Ride’.
What is your favorite Board Game?
I’m joining Mary for Mosaic Monday
and Diane for Beautiful Sunday

I heard about a game called QUELF that I want to check out. It looks a lot like CRANIUM only more random. It combines charades, pictionary, & dice. As long as the game brings friends & family together & there is lots of laughter, I like it. Merry Christmas! xo

I really wish I had an area to set up a game and if I did have the room and I still had my "Probe" game that's what I would have set up. Love the pixies. Hugs

We haven't played board games in quite a few years...when our family gets together, we like playing Texas Hold Em (poker) and, of course, Bunco. :)
Merry Christmas...

Hello there namemate! As expected, your blog never fails to excite me more for Xmas. As kid I also love playing with trains, even though I know I'm a girl. Haha Even in my dreams, I wish that I could see your beautiful and merry home.

Merry Xmas!

I'm a Scrabble-kind-of-gal! What a great idea to set up games to pass the time. I have a little guy here who keeps asking..."is it Christmas yet?" Merry Christmas, dear friend, XOXO

What cute pictures. Looks like the one little pixie had a bit too much eggnog. We always played Monoply and Risk when I was growing up, but now it's Balderdash with three generations. We laugh...a lot!
Merry Christmas to you and your family.

I haven't heard of that board game. I must dig out some games when the grandies come over. I remember distinctly my mother buying me Scrabble so I could improve my spelling!
Thank you for stopping by today. Wishing you and yours a safe and joyous Christmas.

What a cute festive vignette! Never been much of a game player - don't know why. Lack of patience or concentration maybe.
Thanks for stopping by -
A very Merry Christmas to you also!

Aggravation is my favorite. I've never heard of Ticket to Ride...now I'll have to Google. You can play it without being together at the table?

I hope you have a Joyous Christmas and a Blessed New Year!

I love Monopoly, but no one will play with me because I always win! I wish it was like that in life! lol I love to play Yahtzee with my hubby. He will play that with me because he wins more than I do (I let him, but don't tell him)

That is so cute! Living by myself, I don't get to play a lot of board games, but I do enjoy Scrabble.
