Is my head too small for my body?

HAHAHA!

I bet you’re wondering where I’m going with this!

Well, I bought something kind of cute.

But then I tried to make it better….the jury’s still out on whether I did.

I looked at the sweet peg doll that my girlfriend, Elizabeth from Creative Breathing made and thought….yes, my head is indeed too small!

So I found another head.

And then I wasn’t happy until I made a petticoat, too!

She’s not perfect but she feels much better now.

Do you ever buy something for a quarter and then spend hours working on it?

I’m joining Brenda for Tweak it Tuesday!

Her head is much better now! It's nice and proportionate. Good decision. And no, I don't do that (i.e. your last question) anymore, but I oh, so, used to do it, like all.the.time!!!

What a pretty little crocheted dress! Love the color. I guess it's all about having fun and if you did, then the hours were worth the time. Yes, I have done the same.

She is so pretty! I love her red hair with the green dress. The petticoat is perfect for a little lady, too! Did you crochet her dress? I would love to be able to crochet something with thread.
Beautiful.

Oh she is precious. I do think going to the larger size head was the right choice. Your post reminded me I have some peg dolls half finished in a box somewhere, with crocheted dresses and everything. Isn't Elizabeth wonderful? I just love her. Hmmm, now I have to try to find them. Thank you for visiting and leaving the nice comment. I am really excited about the magazine. Have a wonderful week!!

Julie
