Foxy Lady!

I love foxes!

DSC02613

This is a past creation by my friend Anastasia. She is a talented young lady and made the most beautiful fox I’ve ever seen.

Isn’t it AMAZING!

When I went shopping with a coupon, I was happy to find a cute necklace with 3 foxes.

(the thrifty part of the post)

It even matched what I was wearing.

I went on Pinterest and did a search and found this simple felt fox to make. The link is HERE and the site shows children making them so there’s hope for me! lol

I would love to find some prettier dark red felt to make the next one. But I have to finish this one first!

Hi Diane!
Thank you for writing about my fox! :) I really like all your foxes! You know, I used to have a dog (breed Shiba Inu), she really looked like a little fox. It's a Japanese breed, quite popular there in the US. Google it, you might fall in love with that dog! :)

Diane,
Just one more thing we have in common - I love foxes! The one you made is darling, and your blog friend's is whimsical and cute. There's just something about the fox, right? I like your fox necklace too; I always find something special at Kohls.

Happy October!

What fun! I really think you should try to paint one. Foxy Roxy Lady is fabulous! I've had a felt obsession lately for Halloween crafting. Your felt fox is darling. Now, I need a Kohl's fix too! One can never have enough bling!

All very cute. Anastasia's comment about the dog breed is interesting too. Have you ever made animals with different sized pom poms?

Stopped by to catch up, friend.
Missing you lots.
I have my old page up just to keep in touch. Been really busy at home, but I am surrounded by lovely notes and even a very special owl kitchen towel that I brought out from my autumn decorations. Hmmm...wonder who sent it to me? :)

Hi Diane, my youngest daughter loves Foxes also. Your necklace is a great bargain and so unusual! What a conversation piece. You can buy a deep red wool. It's much more pricey than felt though. Thanks for sharing with SYC.

Hi Diane, wow how adorable you rfox is! The necklace kind of reminds for some reason of Italy and Veneitan! Am I crazy or what! The necklace is so cute and yes it does match your top! You are just so creative and I never worked with felt before. Now I think maybe I will go to the craft store to make some ornaments! That would be fun. Well take care and keep on creating!
