The “BIG” Picture!

We watched our first Christmas movie last night.

LadyIMG_9232

As a matter of fact, I didn’t even remember it being a Christmas movie. I was just in the mood for a sweet old Walt Disney show.

Buster decided it was ‘his’ special movie and he found a good spot to watch.

“This is my favorite part….can you pause it?”

Ahhhhh…..Lady!

I think I can see even better over here.

And now for the BIG picture!

I’ve done a little decorating over the weekend and I’ll keep ‘playing’ and adding more and share close ups soon.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! My favourite movie with the kids is Home Alone, I never get tired of it. When on my own, Scrooge has to on. I love the newest one with Jim Carrey in it, the attention to detail is amazing. Enjoy the decorating. xx

I and hubby like Christmas Vacation too.

Your place looks lovely!

We have a large screen also.

Like being at the show right.

We watched two nights ago.

Christmas with the Celtic woman. The Celic Christmas in England.
What heavenly voices.

The one lady dances and plays the violin.

There is also the Celic thunder with men only . I am sure will be soon.
They all sing just as good.

I like the old man I call him.

George MCDonald with my fav song of him singing. I'm Going to Be.

Mine is hands down, "White Christmas" but a close second is "The Bishop's Wife." Any Disney movie is a great choice, too.

I never thought of it as a Christmas movie either - I must have watched it dozens of times with my kids. Jock is my favorite! I saw someone mention the Albert Finney "Scrooge" movie, I love that one too, but all time favorite is "It's a Wonderful Life" They are showing it at a theater nearby on Christmas Eve and I really would love to see it on the really big screen! What a beautiful family room you have, Diane! I haven't seen Lady and the Tramp in years and didn't remember it was a Christmas movie. I don't have a special favorite, but my family always has to watch Christmas Vacation and/or Home Alone. They are both good and we laugh like we've never seen them before!

Add me to the 'I didn't know it was a Christmas movie' club, but I do remember I loved it! I suppose 'It's a Wonderful Life' would be my fav.

Buster is too cute watching a Christmas movie!! I have a little Yorkie stuffed animal that watches over me in my sewing room. I tried to have it in the living room, but my Yorkie girls wouldn't stop barking at it. I think they thought he was real...too funny!

My favorite Christmas movie is Bells of St. Mary's and cry at the end every time even though I know what happens.

How did that bear get in on the tea party with the dolls? That's a nice collection. I've heard it best to have your collection in one place like you do, but I still have stuffed animals all over my house.
