Hiking the Florida Trails

We are still enjoying our hikes. Although we did take one this week when it was 88 degrees….which was just a ‘wee bit’ too warm! lol So yesterday we hiked in the morning and it was gorgeous! (and only in the 70s)

We had taken a side trail to see a nice stand of pine trees and when we walked across the forest to get back on the trail, we could see a fence.

The trail was running alongside some private property with some of the most beautiful fences.

These HUGE trees are all Live Oaks.

I probably took enough photos for a month of Good Fences!

Thanks Tex for the Good Fences party!

Won’t you join me for a hike?

Your neck of the woods is beautiful I love the live oaks. My brother has them on his ranch in the Texas hill country. They are grand trees.

Such lush scenery. A beautiful walk. I really can't wait to see green things again. It's still so dirty and brown around our area. Thank you for sharing!

Nice fence - but love that old Live Oak with the hanging Spanish moss!! Too bad you don't have any of the horses in the shot!
Already up into the 80s?? Watch out for those snakes in those pines and on the trails!! Hope you wear closed shoes.

Those look like horse fences and there is quite a bit of race horse racing in Florida so I wonder if it is a horse farm? Beautiful trees!
