What a great song and I love Sara Evans! Cute post and you got me thinking maybe with my dryer broke I could hang my rugs that I just washed over my neighbors fence! LOL! Except there's more rain coming so I'm grateful for my basement clothes line! Have a great day! Hugs ~ Sam

What a song - and a great fence with the laundry - I doubt that I've ever seen anyone hang their laundry on the fence. Enjoy your day my friend. We finally have warm sunshine - I plan to spend a lot of time outdoors today.

We always hung cloths outside, until I moved to the city. They are so much fresher and smell clean.

Don't really listen to country, so this was my first time hearing this. Fun!

I just knew who you were going to mention when I saw your blog title in my side bar! Sara Evans. I've never mentioned it in a blog post but Sara didn't live far from us when she was a youngster. She went to the same school as my kids for many years. They even rode the school bus together. I know her mother and step-dad and in fact her mother was a bus driver for the school district for many years. We are very proud of Sara and her accomplishments coming from such a small town. We moved to another, slightly bigger town and didn't see Sara in the area once she became a country star, but I know she often comes back to visit family.

Even when my Mom had a washer and dryer, she still hungs stuff out on a clothesline when she wanted to. She always dried the sheets on the clothesline.

Have a great weekend.

Hi Diane!
I was just wondering whether I should put up a clothesline while I was waiting for my food tonight. We went for a quick dinner at our favorite spot with outdoor dining and we waited over an hour for the food to arrive, grrrr. For some reason I started thinking how nice it would be to smell clothes after they had dried on the clothesline.....it is never good to leave me unattended for too long. LOL! Love that photo Diane!

If I run out of clothesline I'll know where to hang my clothes!

I don't know the song, but the fence is great! Who needs a clothesline, or a dryer?

I am not familiar with the song but I remember many sunny days hanging clothes on the line and running out to get them down if it looked like it was going to rain!!
