Cute?

Or tacky?

I covered up info on the sign (with happy faces and a banner) but if you need to go there, let me know and I’ll give you the phone number to make an appointment.

Are those flip flops really getting tossed? GOOD, if you said "yes".

i'm kinda gonna have to go with tacky - only because i didn't recognize them as teeth! i thought they were spoons and spatulas! :)

Hi Diane - so glad you're going to survive :). Falling isn't much fun. Love the fence!

Hang in there, dear! Good attitude! Ummm, I don't know if I'd trust my teeth to a dentist with a "tooth" fence or not. Interesting idea, anyway!

Well, it is so nice to know that you will survive, Diane! And I guess this means you will also be throwing away your flip flops? Oh my...it would just about KILL me to give mine up...but then again, I didn't take the face-plant that you did! I hope you are healing up and feeling (and looking) better. About the fence...cute and quite unique for sure...I thought they were cooking utensils before I saw the sign! All I gotta say is those are some LONG teeth...lol!

Now that wins fence of the year. It looks like something complicated that my son would make. (He is cutting bird and flower silhouettes into the top of each picket on his fence- and he built the fence).

Good bye flip flops - no more torturing our sweet friend.

Oh my goodness! I was trying to figure out what that fences was made of, drift wood, paddles . . . never would have guessed teeth. Well, my momma always said "if you can't say something nice, say nothing at all." Thanks for sharing this person's unique idea for a fence, LOL.

It might be amusing to some, but I vote for being a bit tacky. Sure does capture attention, though, I have to admit. Great find.

I think it's kinda cute tacky! LOL. So glad you will survive and are doing better I hope! Hugs!!

Vee said...

Teeth? At first, I thought they were paddles. Then I thought they were forks, knives, and spoons. LOL! I'm not voting. I once voted about Christmas decor and had one angry blogger show up and let me have it with two barrels blasting. Nope, Not even tempted to say tacky or not.

I think it's very creative! So glad you are surviving and I'll keep you in my prayers. Hugs!

LOL! I thought they were spoons! I think it's a cute fence for a dentist surgery!
Hope you are feeling better!

I thought, too, that the fence was spoons or paddles. Unlike Vee, I'm going out on a limb and saying teeth fences are tacky. Unique, but tacky. And great for a photo!

Clever.

At first I thought it was a fence of spoons!! But I am going to say Tacky after looking at it for a moment or two!!

Glad you're feeling better. The fence, tacky. Love the doll. Hugs.

Ida said...

Well I'd like to say "tacky" but since it's a dentist office I'm going with cute because it fits the place. Again I hope you are healing quickly. It sounded so painful. I wear flip-flops all the time and on occasion have tripped on them myself.

I couldn't figure out what that fence was supposed to be until I saw the sign. Cracked me up!!
About 25 years ago I worked inside sales at a brickyard. My dentist was building a new office and came in to select his brick. I recommended some klinkers that looked like they had Sasquash bite marks in them (as if I knew what that would look like!). I still think of it every time I go to his office.
Happy to hear you are going to live!!

Hi Diane!
It's so good to hear from you and to know that you still have your fighting spirit. Yes, you will survive and yes, you will be able enjoy some nice walks again.
Take good care of yourself!
By the way, I'm glad I'm not the only thinking that the fence was made of spoons. :-)
Hugs,
Arlette

Hi Diane, I too thought these were spoons till I saw the sign. Not sure about this one. Cute and different at the same time.
Hope you are healing nicely and feeling better. Loved the last pic with your sandals tossed in the trashcan.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Hugs and Get well blessings.

I did not know what they were supposed to be till I read comments. I guess I go with tacky, but if it had been just a picket fence it would be cute.

Cute fence for a dentist. Hope you are feeling better.

At first I thought someone was trying to learn to make wooden spoons and ladles to sell and these practice ones ended up becoming a fence. It wasn't till I saw the sign that I finally understood....teeth! :-) I think they are very clever!

bj said...

I couldn't figure out what the heck that fence was until I saw the sign...hahhaa..and I think it's CUTE.

Deb said...

That's pretty inventive if you ask me although if I hadn't seen the sign I would have thought the pickets were made to look like spoons LOL! Hope you are feeling better Diane xo

At first I thought they were kitchen spatulas but after the dentist sign I realized they were teeth. Too funny! Thank you for sharing with us!

Betsy@My Salvaged Treasures said...

How funny. I thought they were spoons or paddles until you showed the dentist sign. Hmm, I like the creative idea, but don't think they look like teeth. I hope you're healing and feel 100% soon.

Ana said...

I couldn't make out what they were until I saw the sign...Hee, hee, hee...they're teeth!!!' Clever :-) Glad to hear you're doing better. Happy weekend.

'Tis tacky but I had to laugh when I saw that they were teeth instead of spatulas and spoons! LOL! The good fences party sounds like fun! I'll have to peek at my photos after our Mother's Day event is done today! I'm wishing you health and joy...you bring laughter and fun to all of us! Thank you much Diane!

On initial glance, I thought I saw spoon and forks. Upon close examination, it was all about teeth! Hahaha How cute and clever!

Diane, I have to say it's odd. LOL. I was just happy it wasn't someone's personal fence. Blessings, xoxo,Susie
