A Trip to the Farmer’s Market for Wednesday Wee Ones!

It’s such a beautiful time of year and Zeta is dressed for the farmer’s market today.

I had just enough fabric for this outfit so with the remaining small strip, I made a ruffle to go down the front of her top and put ric rac in the center.

Of course Shelia had put a crease in the pair of slacks her doll was wearing a couple of weeks ago so I ironed a crease in these too. I think it makes them look so classy.

She ‘needed’ a bag to take to the market, so I cut a piece of this burlap, folded it in half, sewed it on the sides and hand stitched a little handle.

I think this is one of my favorite outfits so far!

And my yellow mums are so pretty!

JoAnn and I both made something from this fabric. Visit her HERE to see her latest creation.

And visit Shelia at Note Songs. She is making doll clothes too!

If anyone else wants to join us, I will include a link to your blog too! Any doll post or any doll will be perfect for Wednesday Wee Ones.

Hi Diane, Zeta looks classy in her outfit. If I may say, she looks like a beautiful flower among flowers. JoAnn and you have made some really beautiful outfits with this lovely green fabric.
Have a lovely day!

So sweet, but Zeta may want to take her sweater with her, it's quite chilly up here this morning.

Have a great market day.

I'm jealous of her outfit! I agree with the crease in the slacks. I still like to wear a pair with creases in them, as they feel so dressy in this very casual world. She is adorable, and kudos for the creativity in her bows and bag.

Oh Miss Zeta is just darling in her Farmer's Market outfit - love the crease in her pants too. This is the perfect fabric for this outfit. I love the little bag too - looks like she picked a sunflower right out of that picture. Enjoy your time in the mountains my friend - see you next week.
