Happy the Cat and Happy the Dog on the Hallmark Channel

We spent a quiet Christmas day at home and when I turned on the tv to 'flip through the channels' to see if anything good was on, I had a pleasant surprise.

Happy the Cat and Happy the Dog were entertaining us in front of a beautiful fireplace.

Beautiful Christmas music played in the background.

So I left it on to enjoy.

And then the next thing I knew, we were ALL playing. lol

It doesn't take a lot to entertain us.

Well, some of us like dogs better than cats!
(I won't name any names! haha)

Later we drove around to look at Christmas lights and saw some beautiful homes in our neighborhood.

This isn't the best photo but it shows how beautiful it was with the full moon shining down on us

I’m joining Beautiful Sunday and

Lavender Cottage for Mosaic Monday.

Did you watch Happy and Happy?
Thank you Hallmark Channel for the FUN!
I hope your day was Merry!

We did see a couple of Hallmark movies over Christmas eve and day, but did not see the happy and happy. Have a lovely Sunday.

I guess my answer would be no - since we don't have a tv. It looks like you have a lot of fun - and the lights and moon photos are beautiful. I'm glad you had such a lovely time my friend. See you Wednesday!!!! Can't wait.

That would have been a fun tv show to watch. We did not turn on the tv, but that would be the one to see for sure.

Diane, I watched many Hallmark Christmas shows this year, but didn't come across Happy the cat and Happy the dog. Yes, I'm one of those dog persons that you mentioned hehehe. The homes around your neighborhood are so pretty all lit up for Christmas. That must have been a sight.

Wishing you much peace and joy in the new year, my friend.

love, ~Sheri

Oh, so glad you showed that! I did go and turn it on but I must have a different Hallmark channel as it was movies. Too cute how it looked just like they were playing together! The moon was gorgeous although we had some clouds passing over it but I always love that look too. Beautiful decorations!

Never had the TV on-- sorry I missed that. The moon here looked more Halloweenish than Christmasy for sure.

I have never heard of Happy the Cat and Happy the Dog. Looks fun. Beautiful lights! I didn't get to see the full moon because of our weather. Thanks for sharing it with us.

We had it on, too, Diane! Looked like kitty almost popped puppy at one point. They seemed to have cut the cameras at just the right time, lol!
Have a lovely New Year!

This must be something new this year Diane, for I turned on the TV Christmas morning while on my treadmill and a special was on called 'Log'. Yup, a real fireplace burning with carols in the back ground and every so often an arm would appear to poke the logs or add a new one. :-) I would have liked to see a dog and cat like you did.
All the best for 2016 lavender sis.

No dogs and cats on TV here but we do have a lovely crackling fire and Christmas carols :O) Just as well that there are no cats as it would send our dogs quite mad LOL! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas Diane and wishing you and yours much joy in the coming New Year! Hugs, Deb xo

How interesting and fun. I assumed Hallmark would just have its usual movies. Cute photos and our moon looked the same (or I should say our view of the (same) moon looked similar with the clouds floating around. It sure was striking, All the best in the new year!

We ran away for a few days and didn't turn the TV on.... So I guess we had an even quieter Holiday than you guys did ;)))! But it looks like you might have had at least as much fun!
