Gets along well with others!

It looks like this hawk and crow are best friends.

They sure were flying together in the sky and if one was trying to chase the other one off, you couldn't tell it!

And we have a pair of Yellow - Throated Warblers visiting our bird feeders now.

The male is the most colorful one of course.
(and the hardest one to get a photo of through a dirty window)

I’m joining Saturday’s critters HERE
and I’d Rather B Birdin’.

It's a beautiful day in Florida, highs in the 70s! So we have a hike planned today. What are your weekend plans?

What a rare shot! Like your pretty warbler too. We're supposed to have single digits tomorrow-- doubt I'll do much hiking! ;)

Great bird photos, especially of the warbler. We have them here in the spring but they do not come to the feeder. I see them in the aspen trees pecking at the fuzzy seed pods.

That spot of yellow like sunshine on that warbler's throat makes me smile. John and or neighbor saw an eagle the other day as they labored clearing snow this week. They were both thrilled to see an eagle soaring rather than the turkey vultures (who have all migrated now). Our crows hate vultures and will run them off...guess hawks aren't as menancing. Quite a scene.

Beautiful Yellow Throated Warblers ... and lucky you enjoying the 70's. It's rather cooler here in the UK with snow forecast for some areas! Ah well it is January.

All the best Jan

Hello!:) An unusual sighting of the crow flying with the Hawk, and very nicely captured images. Love the little Warbler captures. Have a good weekend. I am spending it with my family, they all come here for lunch every Saturday, and most Sundays, and are in animated conversation at the moment and won't miss me for a few moments.:)

Cold and windy here, possible snow coming in late tonight into early morning. As much as I LOVE snow the only time I don't want a storm is Saturday night - we leave early on Sunday morning for church which is in Asheville - and of course our ski slope driveway doesn't make it easy.

Happy Weekend.

I truly have never seen that happen. Usually the crow is pecking at and annoying the hawk - what grand photos you got. I have the hardest time getting birds in flight. And your warblers are too too cute. Happy weekend my friend = and thank you for the delightful card in the mail.

Beautiful! We don't have Yellow Throated Warblers around here. I saw them for the first time a few months ago in Missouri and was mesmerized. They are so bright and pretty. :)

Love the little warblers. What a cheery sight at the feeder. And yes, I always wish my windows were squeaky clean when I want to get a bird shot! We had a hawk land on a deck post a couple week ago. They are magnificent creatures, aren't they?
