"Heart to Heart" for Mosaic Monday

I was going to say, we need to have some ‘girl talk’! But I have some really nice ‘guy’ blog friends now too so let’s just have a little ‘heart to heart’ talk. We are going through the most difficult time we’ve ever been through since we got married. My husband is in terrible pain and the drug he’s taking hasn’t done anything to relieve it yet. We still don’t have a diagnosis but we plan to get in touch with the doctor today. We are praying and appreciate all of your prayers.

Having said that…I thought maybe I should take a blog break. I haven’t felt like being on my computer.

But then I thought…blogging brings me a lot of joy. And I could sure use a dose of joy right now.

So I’m going to make an effort to write a few posts and do some visiting. It always lifts my spirits when I visit my friends. So that’s a good thing right now, don’t you think?

You don’t have to always say you are praying for us. I know you are. We’ll just be there for each other, like always! Blog buddies!

I decorated before things got bad so I’m joining Mosaic Monday HERE. One day I almost put it all away but then I decided to leave it out.

I'm sorry to hear that your husband is suffering bad pain, I hope that his Doctors can find out what the problem is and help him to start feeling better very soon.
I'm glad that you didn't pack all your spring décor away, it's so cheery to see and I'm sure will help lift your spirits. Glad also to know you're still out and about in blogland too because I'd really miss your Mosaics on Mondays.

Hello, I love your pretty Spring photos. I am glad blogging lifts your spirits, blogging friends are great. Has your hubby been checked for gout? I was not sure where his pain is, my husband had gout pain for the longest time until a doctor finally gave him the correct medicine.
I hope he feel better soon, I will keep you both in my prayers.

Happy 1st day of Spring. Have a great new week ahead!

Hugs, my friend. Keep the decorations out - they lift spirits, they lighten the atmosphere, for you, for your husband, for any visitors. May your husband find good answers and solid relief ASAP.

Love your duck collection. Please leave your decorations out, it does help make things cheery, and let's just plan on your hubby feeling much better and wanting to enjoy those decorations.

Praying.

Hugs to you my sweet friend, and please don't forget to smile - it helps, honest.

Oh Diane I'm so sorry. Hope the Docs can figure things out soonest. I've been in your role more than once and I agree that you need to do some things for your own joy.... blogging and whatever else you can.... and don't feel guilty about that. You need to take care of yourself so you can be there and be strong for him. Sending good thoughts and virtual hugs your way.

So sorry to hear of your husband's pain. I know first hand about that. I'm going through it right now. I love your cute little Easter decorations. I haven't even started. Too busy cleaning up for the new dishwasher coming in this week. After that, I'll get busy putting things out.

I'm sorry to learn about your husband's pain. I hope you will get it diagnosed soon. Then you will at least know where you stand and what can be done about it. I have felt the same way about blogging when I've been sad or upset. And I have left it alone for a periods of time, but I always come back. For the same reasons you mentioned. Blogger friends are real friends, we may not be able to hug them, but they will be there for you. They will always be there for you, that I know from what I went through. I will think of you and your husband. Sending hugs.

PS I will have to tell my friend fishducky about your ducks. She will love them.

Hello, I'm visiting you from Twenty Seventeen. I certainly am sorry to hear about your husband's health issue. I know this is a hard time for you, but I am glad that you decided to blog anyway because blogging brings you joy. I got out and just walked around our yard this morning and it has made such a difference in my "joy thermometer".

I love ducks, bunnies and birds...and your ducks and bunnies are adorable.

Oh, I hope so very much that you can get a clear answer on your husband's pain and soon for so very many reasons. Keep faith it is something that can be remedied as easily as possible. Meanwhile, I see you are finding cheer with your Easter decorating -- I am, too. Almost done with it and it just makes me smile.

I understand about blogging. More than once when things weren't so good I thought about an extended break. But I found such companionship, support, love, and cheer from visiting blog friends and a source of relief in posting that I stuck with it. It's a very personal decision but do know that if you break, we'll miss you and if you must, we'll all understand. Till then, celebrate spring!

Diane, I'm so sorry to hear about the terrible pain your husband is suffering and will pray that the doctors figure it all out very soon. It is hard to concentrate on fun things when we are going through trials and I understand your not wanting to blog much but keeping in touch may bring encouragement to you. So, visit and comment when you can and let us know how things are going with your husband now and then. Sending hugs. Pam

So glad you are staying with us - I love your posts and even when things are not going well, they do bring cheer - you have such a great spirit and it shows through your posts. Love all the little duckies - they are just so cute. I have a lot of bunnies but not much in the way of duckies - maybe I need to fix that. Hope you have a better week ahead - and get some answers - my little angel and I are watching over you my sweet friend.

I like your Spring decor.
We had a nice day in Wisconsin yesterday. We are back to cold today. Spring is slow at arriving. I guess that is alright, I have several indoor projects to get done. ;-) Once the weather really turns to Spring, I will be outside.

Love you,
Carla

Waiting for answers is one of the worst situations we can find ourselves in. We wish we could be there and hug the both of you.

I talked on the phone to my friend who lives in Orlando today. We talked for two hours. She has so many health issues yet she continues to work. She just needed a friend today.

If you need a friend to talk to, I am here for you. Just say'n.

Pain can mess with you, it is wicked esp. if you don't have an answer to why you have the pain. I went from 2006 to 2008 in really bad pain and thought it was due to weight gain......but then I learned I had Fibromyalgia. I hope your hubby gets some answers soon. Love your little Easter ducky's. So adorable.
