Florida Summer Skies

We've had some beautiful sunsets this month.

There have been pop up showers in the afternoons pretty often.

And when they go away, the moisture in the air gives us the prettiest clouds.

We stand in our driveway some evenings just to watch the sky change!

One morning at 6:30 am my hubby captured this rainbow from our courtyard.

I might have missed it but luckily he took pics to share with all of us!

Lots to be thankful for this week and many of our blog friends to pray for.

Won't you join me?

I’m joining Thankful Thursdays.

Diane, I do pray for all my blog family. :) I love sky pictures so much. Sunsets are my favorite. The skies do change quickly, so you have to be ready with your cameras. Blessings to you, xoxo, Susie

Breathtaking sky shots, Diane! I have missed so many because we live in the woods and I actually have to go find an open space. Great capture of that rainbow! I also have many things to be thankful for and so many that need prayer. I am SO thankful that we have a Heavenly Father who knows our needs, even before we ask! Hugs & Blessings!

These skies are simply dazzling. Don't you love the perfect sunset? I'm amazed cameras can capture them as well as they do; usually, something so magnificent pales in a photo but as you have shown here, that's not always the case. Splendid.

Pretty sunsets, Diane. Love all the blue and pink hues in them. I wish I saw the sunsets more often, but since I'm a morning person, I see the sunrises much more. How nice to get a glimpse of a rainbow that early in the morning.

Have a peaceful Sunday.

Yes, the rainbow is wonderful but so is the pink and gray cloud combo that looks like a giant feather pen or a fan with a pearl handle. Gorgeous.
