Always include a Tag!

That’s a reminder to myself.
I LOVE tags!
books2frameIMG_5138
(this is the arrangement I ended up with, for now)
I’ve been blessed to receive some beautiful tags through blogging.
In fact, that’s how I got to know one of my blog sisters, Marcia at Living the Wonders of Love.
tagIMG_5119
She loves to makes tags and she loves to share them.
I have tags I’ve gotten with orders from Etsy, like these from Stephanie (when she had her shop open and I ordered a pretty pillow from her).
tagsIMG_5115
Tags that I’ve bought on Etsy for holiday décor or to include with gifts. And lots of friendship tags. If you see one you’ve given me ‘shout it out’ in the comments, please!
tagoleIMG_5125
I always have this Spring cloth tag on top of my basket from Kim at Valley Primitive Stitches. Just look at my beautiful collection of tags!
tagsssIMG_5124
So I played around with an arrangement on the tray in the library and just when I thought it looked nice, I realized I needed a bookmark. So out came my collection of tags.

It was more fun deciding on the tag and I can change them out according to my ‘mood’.

Packages aren’t quite complete without a pretty tag.
Don’t you agree?

I have a thing for tags, too. They just add a little something special to a gift and like you, I save them for years. I love the warm colors of your arrangement--very pretty!

Diane, When tags are that pretty, they are little works of art...to be treasured and kept. I liked all of them too. :):) Blessings, xoxo,Susie

Oh my! Your pictures and arrangements are works of art....yummy to look at and I love the tags. I used to belong to 'Wednesday Stampers'.....I was sad they closed that down. It was so much fun to have a 'reason'....to get my glue sticks and stamps and go to town. In time, things 'collage' seemed to get more and more high tech....with machines and cams etc. Oh well, memories are ok....just not very satisfying. I have loved your post...what a beauty! You inspire me =), Maggie

You have the most delightful collection of tags, and they speak to my own heart. Love love love them!!! I think we should make a book of tags wouldn't that be cute, LOL.

And my very first subscriber freebie went out this week, a page of photography gift tags inspired by my garden.

I know I bought some plain old vanilla style tags that I was going to decorate but I can't find them anywhere. If I buy more though they will show up! I love your collection. What a pretty vignette too!

I am so behind the time, never thought about tags very much but will keep my eyes peeled now! It is such a nice touch and it's like books and tags were meant to go together!

I've long admired the beautiful tags I see around blogland. Although I've never tried making them because I wasn't sure what to do with them once made. Now I know :).

You mentioned two lovely blog friends on here that I love; Marcia makes the most amazing tags, and Stephanie, she's like an angel. I bought a pillow from her too. I have that same Eiffel Tower tag from Marcia. She made several for Nel's wedding shower and I will forever be grateful for that.

Your tags are so pretty, Diane. And Yes, they're wonderful to put on gifts! Have a great week.
