I decided for a couple of weeks, I would allow the dolls to take over the library.
They wanted to have a slumber party so what could I say?
Do you see we have a ‘new girl’?
Her name is Zeta and I made her a pretty blue robe and pjs for the party.
Two of these girls are Madame Alexander dolls and my new girl in the blue robe is an 18 inch doll from Walmart called My Life.
They have a little table set up with cake and tea
and books…lots of books.
Have a wonderful Wednesday and remember,
Take Time to PLAY!!!
AND if you are joining in today, please let me know and I will add a link to your dollie post!
Visit JoAnn HERE to see her pretty dollies dressed for winter weather!
HAVE FUN!!!

The girls must be very happy to be in the library. I have yet to buy one; too many other things right now to take care of. I would love to have my dolls sitting out. I have my mother in law's childhood table and chairs and my mother's childhood tea set and my old dolls that I used to set out having a tea party. But now with grandchildren who like to play with everything and a dog that runs crazy through the house, now way. My 2 year old granddaughter plays tea party with the plastic Barbie tea set an I love watching her pretend play, so it is worth it. I am glad, too, to enjoy your dolls.
Diane,
They all get along so well and who wouldn't love this sleep over complete with a pony and did I see a Unicorn too?
Oh, one of my favorites The Tale Of Benjamin Bunny!
Have a happy day, sweet friend.
Hugs,
Jemma

Cute! Love the little books too!
Oh what fun - the dollies and their party are so cute. I have my post up - winter clothes that I recently finished.
I love all the tiny books - where did you get them - my dolls don't have any books and they tell me they want to read some.
Your slumber party is so sweet. And love the new girl - she's just so cute in her new clothes.
I still love to play with dolls! Yours are truly charming.

What a cute set up!!!
A Literary Tea Party, how fun. I've been seeing those dolls at walmart. They have been tempting me ;)
I do have a tiny new doll, gifted to me by a friend. I'll share her soon. Blessings to you dear Diane
You have such pretty dolls! I wish I had such nice dolls when I was young. Love the new gal, and her robe should be nice and cozy. I see "Mrs Tiggy Winkle" there in the stack of books. One of my favourite stories when I was young. I remember receiving that book, and remember my mom reading it to me. I loved the little mystery of who was this strange little creature. Of course I had no idea what a hedgehog was then either. I thought it was a British word for porcupine.

Welcome, new dollie! I love this post....I love all your doll posts! They are fun! I just never outgrew dolls I guess!
Would my granddaughters have fun at your house (well. I would too.) Your dolls look well dressed. I was glad to read in your Downton post that you feel like the scenes are dark (poor lighting). I thought so too and thought it was my eyes!!
What's better than a slumber party with your best friends? I love how they have taken over the library with all their fun activities. I bet the had a blast! Maggie
You have made certain that the girls will definitely indulge in the delicious goodies of cake and tea and story time. Love their pjs and I'm sure they'll have sweet dreams after such fun!
Happy weekend, my friend!

Looks like lots of fun. I've got the bears all over the house and Pepe the Monkey is reading, too. Wishes for a great day!
Hope the girls were good at their sleep over and didn't stay up all night talking ;) My Mom has a teddy bear loft. Its full of all kinds of bears, dressed in all kinds of outfits. There are some all dressed for tea too. It's cute.
