read about them....seen people in the movies enjoying some.....
but I have NEVER baked a Quiche....and it's something I've never tasted!
But when I went to one of my favorite blogs....A Fanciful Twist
and saw step by step instructions on how to make one...
I just had to try!
I used grilled chicken, broccoli, mushrooms
and a wonderful blend of cheeses in mine
and it was DELICIOUS!
Perfect with a glass of Shiraz-Grenache!
I hope you'll try her recipe for Quiche and while you're there,
follow her 'Study in being a real Princess'.
It is delightful....as only she can be!

I took French for three years in middle school. We had same teacher all three years. At the end of the year we would always have a pot luck and he would make us learn to cook something french. That is how I first learned. I have a french cookbook that I make my quiche and other things out of, chocolate mousse the scratch way and things that I am now famous for.

I made Vanessa's quiche too! And it was the first quiche I'd ever made as well. It was so easy and DELICIOUS! Really, I had to force myself to stop eating. Then I had it for breakfast the next day and ate a slice cold while I was waiting for another to heat up. It was even great cold. Mmmmm...my mouth is watering just thinking about it.
OOOOH. I haven't made a quiche in soooo long...I dont even remember...We just got some duck eggs. I heard they are fantastic for quiche...so thanks. I'm going to go check it out!!! Laurie
I made Quiche this past week too.
I make one about once a month. I love putting fresh spinach in mine.
