Sometimes it’s WARM and other days it's cool!
I pulled out some capris and a navy stripe top
to drive to the Gulf Coast for my birthday!
Stripe top....Beall's
Navy Capris.....Eddie Bauer
Sunglasses.....Ray Ban
Shoes....'old' Asics
(and yes...I have on socks! NOT very cute, I know! lol)
And then the very next day it was cool
when I went to the mall to shop the clearance racks!
Navy blouse.....Talbots
Jeans.....Lee Riders
Black shoes....Nike
Here's some of the jewelry I was wearing that didn't show up in the photos!
Can you see the sea glass necklace and bracelet?
Both made by local artists here in Florida!
And I love wearing turquoise and silver!
I found all of these pieces at Craft fairs made by local artists in NC!
I wear the small bracelet with my watch all the time.
One quick pic...a day at the park! Don't look too close! heehee!
At least I have 'newer' Asics on to do some serious walking!
Asics....Foot Locker
I’m joining Lindsey at the Pleated Poppy for ‘What I wore Wednesday’!
JOIN ME! It’s FUN!
Enjoy your day!

Hey fancy lady! You look great! Lee Riders are very comfortable aren't they?
I love the lighthouse that is painted on the wall behind you. Did you paint that? Glad to see your so happy :-)
I am so very jealous of your warm weather. Seaglass jewelry is very popular around here - your pieces are very pretty -
You have some great looks! Love the outfits! Wish I could join you, we're getting the first of two snow storms coming today! Enjoy your day!
I love turquoise and silver too! Very pretty. Hope your having a great week.
Well, you are cute as a button! :-)
Can you believe the stormy weather we had last evening. I hope that goes away for a while. Yikes!
Have a wonderful day.
Hugs, Barb
Turquoise and silver is possibly my most favorite combination every - well maybe after cheese and crackers ;)
Love your set!
I love your jewelry! And casual dressing is what I like best.
Great peep at your wardrobe, even if it made me a little jealous of your warm weather in Florida!
You are so cute! I love your outfits and your jewelry is so pretty. Texas weather is much the same, it's hard to have a seasonal wardrobe...but I kind of like that.
You look great! I would be so happy to dress for a Florida winter again!
You are rockin it Diane! I love your jewels too. I have to get me a pair of Asics, everyone raves about them.
Much too cold for capris around here, the snow is flying but it isn't amounting to much! I love turquoise and silver, my favorite combo. You look great :)
Oh to be able wear my capris again...lucky you in Florida.Actually...we are pretty fortunate here in Victoria...warmest place in Canada in the winter (usually) with flowers in bloom.
Happy (belated)Birthday!!
Cheers:)
Debbie
Love the seaglass necklace!
looks awesome! i like the navy!
Cardigans and Cookie Dough
Looking very chic birthday girl, I hope you had a wonderful day. I think we wore the same outfit hehe. Classic is always in style. Have a wonderful week. ax
You're so svelte! You look so cute in everything...what an adorable smile.
Hey there, thanks for the sweet comment on my blog. I posted a close up of my watch for you to check out! :)
We've also been having some very warm weather out here in SoCal and I'm loving it!
Asics are my favorite work out shoe!
Love your blog....I'm your newest follower!
Love the first outfit the best, so Florida beachy! Oh, and I wear socks with my tennis shoes also, lol.
Love the seaglass jewelry, but even more so, the "pinkies" you photographed them on. Pink scallop shells are so common, but I adore them and can't pass one up. Those and the pure white ones.
Let's see, on Sunday I was wearing a long-sleeve shirt, topped with a sweatshirt, topped with a jacket and my long beach pants as I was shelling here in Tampa. The socks and shoes got left on the beach as I stepped in that cold water. I think those on shore thought some old lady had lost her mind, lol.
Happy belated birthday, Diane! You look adorable in all three outfits.
I love your sea glass jewelry! I have a large collection of beautiful sea glass that I found on the beaches of Southern Italy. I'd love to turn a few pieces into jewelry one day.
Putting on those capris just to torture some of us, aren't you. :) You look gorgeous as always!
Looks sunshine and beautiful down your way! We actually had one day of sunshine this week but it's rained every day since. I haven't heard of Asics. Sounds like I need to check them out.
Have a great day!
You look wonderful...happy birthday. xoxo

I searched for hours yesterday for the perfect navy top. No luck. I'm so envious. I love the nautical look right now. You look smashing!
