I love my dolls and I have LOTS of sweet dolls!
And I even have several dollie buddies!
Mona posted pics of her beautiful new baby carriage on her blog,
and I just had to ‘borrow’ some of her photos to show you all!
She has some beautiful dolls and we both have a few reborns
(dolls that have been handmade by doll artists!)
Go to Mona’s blog HERE to see more of her beautiful dolls!
She finds such gorgeous clothing for them, too!
All of the dolls ABOVE are Mona’s dolls!
Here’s my lovely Adara Lina in a hand made cradle
that I bought from a lady that makes baskets
and wearing a dress my sister crocheted!
Dolls are so much fun to collect and enjoy
and dollie buddies always make time to PLAY!!!
Have a wonderful Wednesday and remember to...
Take time to PLAY!

The dolls, and the doll furniture are darling! That little carriage is just too cute!
You do have some sweetie pies there Diane. What a nice collection. I love how you have some in the baby carriages too.
Just beautiful, I almost wanted to reach in and hug them.
Chris
Both Mona's and your dolls are beautiful, and so nicely displayed.
But....I have a teddy bear here, arms crossed and tapping her foot, mumbling something about "where are the teddy bears?"
Wait, here comes Sissy, LuLu & Flora wanting to see why Prudence is in such a huff. I had better go and try to make peace with them.
I asked Prudence if she wanted to add something here and she said, "NO". )o:
Hugs
What gorgeous dolls. Can you believe I had a wicker buggy like that. I put it in the garden and eventually it fell apart. What was I thinking? Oh how foolish I was in my younger days. My dear Mother loved dolls and had quite a collection. Mostly ones she'd bought, but a few handmade. I have a few of hers. I have them stored in boxes. Really don't have a good place for them. Someday will pass on to grandies. Thanks for bringing back sweet memories of my wonderful Mother.

Hi Diane, your dolls are so beautiful. My mom collects and I will have to show her these pictures.

So your dolls live in Florida? You must miss them in the summertime. Your friend has some lovely ones and her baby doll looks just like John's great-granddaughter. So cute!
Mona's dolls are wonderful.. and your little sweety is so adorable too
thanks for sharing this sweet side of you and Mona...I have no dolls at all..four sons and they keep me doing boy stuff all the time... maybe I need a dolly too
Well,I haven't been by in along while and for that I am truly sorry but, what a day to choose to come visit...You know how I love babies...I have given away some of my dolls from lack of room but,I will always, always love them....these are just wonderful....Hope you have been doing well and are very blessed.

Oh how lovely. The dolls look so realistic. I have a collection of old Madame Alexander dolls, and may make some photos of them :)
I love to collect doll beds. I use the excuse that Josie needs them, but I actually enjoy them more than she does. What a fun collection, Diane.
I have been thinking lately about collecting dolls. My sister has a wonderful collection - she once said she was going to get rid of them....would just love them. My aunt had a collection - crib and all - so very realistic!
Lovely post,
Kathy
Diane..how sweet of you to show my dolls on your blog. I love your basket cradle. It seems the deeper you dig into the world of dolls, the more addictive it can be. Doll clothes seem to be my passion.
I had both boys and girls..and was so involved in raising my little ones that my own interests came after they were grown.
In my case, I think I am living out childhood desires. You know? :)
Your Prtty baby doll in the cradle looks like a "Luca" by Elly Knoops. She was a great favorite and all the sculps are limited.
The fact that your sister made her little crocheted dress is so special! I keep thinking I will sew again..but...no..I probably won't be making any more doll clothes.
Again..thank you so much...and mostly for understanding and sharing my love of dolls.
Many hugs,
Mona
Sweet ... that baby carriage is so cool!
Such beautiful dolls and their outfits are precious!

Beautiful! Those dolls look so real. I have about 3 dolls that I purchased and love them too. One is never too old to have her dolls.
