Yes, it’s my birthday today…again!

A few years ago, my hubby found the piano music at an antique store so I have it now for my memories. The record is long gone.
So I hope when you read this, I have my feet in the sand but if not, I will at least sit in the sun today!

I have that sheet music, too! (you know me and paperdolls!) But I love the record you got! You and all of your little friends look so adorable in your pretty birthday dresses.
There was the Mills Brothers version, but as you noted there was a children's version. For some reason the (obscure) children's version record was at my house when I was a child. I had never heard the original Mills Brothers version.
The lyrics I remember are something like:
