I hope everyone had a special Valentine’s Day. Mine was nice and I felt extra special when the mailman brought me surprises.
Shelley sent me a Valentine and a sweet little crochet heart that she made. Shelly, from Simply Shelley was one of my very first followers and friends when I started my blog. It’s been fun to get to know her and become good friends over the years. Thank you sweet Shelley!
I also got a big package packed full of goodies from Noelle, the dreamer. Her blog is Live and Dream a little Dream and I won her 5 year blogging anniversary giveaway. She and I both love the many of the same books and movies and have become good friends this past year. We are both dreamers and kindred spirits.

Such sweet surprises and packages! We're going out to dinner tonight at a local diner (the "only" diner in town - lol). But they always put on a really nice dinner for Valentine's Day. And it's also our 27th Anniversary on Monday, so it's a "two-fer". Have a great weekend.

I had my surgery yesterday so I can't say my Valentines Day was very special, but all went well and now I'm just taking my happy pills and resting :).
