I love Saturdays. Even when you are retired, there’s something special about Saturday.
I didn’t have a post planned for today but here I am already back from a Plant and Craft sale in our community. (I didn’t buy much but got some ideas for some Spring flower arrangements) It’s lightly raining and I’m having a second cup of coffee (and considering a bagel). We have a BRAND new bagel shop, Delancy Street right around the corner from Publix. We bought bagels there yesterday and they are awesome!

Oh my - Love that Waterlogue App! Hope they get it for desktop iMacs soon. I might have to buy an iPad soon. I just had to buy a new clothes washer, so the iPad will have to wait for a bit.
It's such a cool app. I will have to try it.

I think these are fantastic, and now, did you say BAGELS? It's been a very long time since I've had a freshly baked bagel. I'll take a Raisin Cinnamon please. :)

I like "just because I can" Diane for any day of the week as a retiree.
We're having young friends (she's the same age as our daughter) for dinner, along with their two girls. Funny how you can click with someone so much younger, but the woman is my hairdresser and we get along very well.
The whole house smells like the apple pie I baked.

Oh. Was going to say that Saturday is our "second cup of coffee" day, too. We certainly do enjoy that time. (John brought home donuts, though. I will never get him trained.)

Pouring down rain here today so I am staying in and nursing my cold. Tomorrow I have to hit and auction so this is my one day to stay in and be lazy. My daughters have that app. Looks like a lot of fun. xo Laura

We went to visit the grandkids for a couple of hours and then moved things around in the kitchen trying to give us an idea of what it will look like once we get the renovations going.
