I love pretty things and I have received some special gifts and giveaway wins this month.
It sure makes blogging fun and going to the mailbox ‘funner’!
Judy from Cranberry Morning let me choose some soaps when I won her giveaway this month.
I chose Sweet Baby Calendula and Vanilla bean & Cocoa. Oh my! I’ve been using the Calendula for quite a while just for my face. It is so very gentle to cleanse and remove make up. Makes you feel baby soft, too! Thanks Judy!
Linda from Itsy Bits and Pieces sent me three sets of letter cards and bingo cards to make some banners! I can’t wait to play with everything and ‘create’! Thanks sweet Linda!
And my girlfriend, Marcia sent me some new tags and this beautiful Miss Hornet…flying across Florida to live here with me. Can you read on her card? It says, “creating for the joy of giving”. Isn’t that a wonderful way to live your life? Thank you Marcia!
I write in a journal every day of my life but I am trying to get in the habit of taking smaller tablets with me on short trips. So I was thrilled to see these little journals in Patty’s new Etsy shop HERE! I thought this cover was perfect for me. Don’t you? I love it Patty from Patty’s Pretty Things!

I think many of us like-minded bloggers "create for the joy of giving." Your friend's motto expresses how I feel perfectly. I agree that going to the mailbox is a lot more fun since I started my blog and met so many wonderful people.

Oh, Marcia made me the same tea tags, Diane. Aren't they sweet? The little hornet tag is precious. I love that journal. I didn't know you wrote in a journal every day.
