A Tiny Barn for Fences

This barn is very near our home in NC and even though I’ve shared the photos before, I couldn’t resist bringing them out for Good Fences.

I played with the photos and added the snow effects.

But for those of you in the mountains of NC, I’m wishing you a White Christmas.

I’m joining Tex for the

Good Fences party.

Do you think you’ll have a white Christmas this year?

I just LOVE these photos and what you did with them! Very nice work! We don't have much snow cover so far this year. I'm hoping we get some more snow.

Beautiful decorated fence :)
Love what you did to the last one.

So pretty Diane! I am looking forward to my trip to NC after Christmas. However I am hoping for no snow while we are there! Marking Biltmore House off my bucket list!

Doesn't look as if there is going to be a white Christmas in the UK. Love your snow scene.

How neat it has a wreath! Great old building. Not too sure about a white Christmas here this year. Always a good chance, but no snow on the ground yet. Personally, I think green Christmases are highly underrated!

Great photos...
snow isn't in the forecast for us at Christmas.

What a charming little barn. I love the different effects too. I'm glad we are not in those mountains - I don't want any snow for christmas - although the grandsons would enjoy it.

I just noticed a DONATE link here and wondered about it. Have I missed a post about it?

What a nice little barn - charming. I like the wreaths on the barn and the fence. The snow effect is very nice as well. And no, I don't think we'll have a white Christmas here, we never do.

Oh I love old barns, and old houses. No snow forcast in Arkansas for Christmas, yet. I remember a couple of years that we had Christmas snow.

It is looking more wet than white this year. That little wreath-adorned barn is delightful!

I love, love that old barn! I am hoping for snow here in the California mountains, but so far only rain, which is a good thing for us. Still a white Christmas would be wonderful.

Absolutely beautiful and so charming a scene with the snow. The animals are all snug, having gone inside that small bottom door as the twilight came down.

Doesn't a scene which could be any century simply take your heart---we never know what footsteps have walked where we are now.

Beautiful scene, fence and little barn! If we don't get a rain event next week we'll definitely have a white Christmas as it's been snowing since 7:00 last evening (it's 2:00 pm right now!). Have a great day Diane. Hugs. Pam

So charming and I love it with the snow effects. I can pretty much guarantee we won't have a white Christmas here, but stranger things have happened:-)

I love old barns. I love the photo with the snow.
I missed the gingie post. You got several didn't you. I love mine. Thanks so much for telling me about them. I think I told you that I ordered one for my granddaughter. She was the one and only ginger in her third grade program. She was so cute walking all over the place waving and smiling. I think she will love it.
Thanks for all your support. It has been an exhausting week for sure. Hubby and I both feel drained emotionally. Hope things are headed in the right direction. You have a Merry Christmas. It is snowing now but we will be in Colorado for Christmas. If they don't have snow in the foothills we will be able to see the snow on the mountain tops. Hugs

Love your photos! We had a little snow a couple of days ago that put a dust of snow on the ground. They are calling for snow here on Christmas...so we might have a white Christmas.
Hugs,
Cindy

I never experienced a white Christmas yet namemate. I live in Asia and the suburbs. So most of the time, I see buildings and other structures. It would be great if could spend my Xmas in a quiet place like your home in NC.
