Glad you had such a great birthday! That was the only thing about having a January birthday and living in the North....many were canceled because of bad weather! LOL!

Guess what? Alligators are my favorite. I have some alligator figurines ;-)) And I really have no idea why I like them so. But I do. We went to a museum that showed how a momma alligator calls her babies. I just stayed in that part and listened. Ha, so I would have loved to have joined you on your hike.
