I took a little road I had never been on the other day and saw some pretty sights.
Lots of FENCES!
We don’t see as many chain link fences here so this was interesting.
And there were several pretty gates and decorative horses here and there.
These were all taken on a 1 mile stretch of this road.
I may need to go back down that road again to take more photos.
Or at least to feed the donkey.
You just never know what you’ll see when you take the road less traveled.
(this horse is not real! lol)

The road less traveled often offers the best view. Have a nice weekend.
I love to take a road I have never been on before..you never know what you may find. Those are some pretty pastures.
some great fences....pretty country
Hello, Looks like a great road for your fence photos. I love all the horses both real and the statues. Happy Thursday, enjoy your weekend!
I always enjoy your fence posts. That sounds like a play on words, doesn't it?
Pretty pictures! Love the new header photo too!
You definitely live in Floridas horse country.
Sometimes taking the wrong road pays off. It did in your case.
You are sure enthusiastic in getting beautiful pictures but I presume in your areas of travels you see lots as you show. Not in mine unfortunately.
Looks like a serene drive! Happy Thanksgiving, Sis
Indeed, a nice landscape !
I must laugh above the horse ;-)
This is my post

Well worth the detour! A lovely stretch of road with lots to see & fences to photograph!
Have a lovely day!
Very pretty. I always wonder when I see those tall chain link fences just what they are trying to keep in or out. Sometimes they are game hunting places which makes me sad.
What a pleasant surprise drive you took. You found some great fences and lovely horse statues as well. It would be worth going back again.
awesome horse country! yup, i thought it was real, too. :)
Following that unknown road is always a neat little adventure. It's fun to see new things!
Beautiful scenes....I love the way the fences follow the curve of the road in some of the shots.
Such a fancy horse gate, Diane! Love your off road activities! :-)
You found a great road to explore. Such a variety of fences - and horses!

You live in such a pretty area! And I used to love to get out and take a road I'd never driven. Haven't done that in far too long!
Love the horse photos and that last one sure does look real. Beautiful country. I just adore finding roads we haven't been on. Enjoy the coming week my friend.
Hi Diane! If Id known we were that close to yall and in your neck of the woods...I wouldve loved to have met up with yall! You have such a beautful state!
You found lots of interesting 'horses' on that road along with some great fences too. Have a good weekend Diane!
Beautiful scenes, Diane! I love the photo with the curve of fence and curve in the road.
Fun photos :-)
Hi Diane,
I'm popping in for a quick hello. Looking forward to having more time to check out what I have missed. (as I see your cute little doll in her red polka dot outfit) Will be back for sure.
You took some pretty pictures for sure. In one of them it looks as though the leaves have turned a little. Does that happen in Florida or are my eyes deceiving me?
Thanks for you lovely email. I miss you my friend. Trying to get back in the swing of things....lost so much time.
