We'll go for a hike first and then have a birthday party!
How does that sound?
It's my birthday and we plan to drive over to Blue Run Park and start our hike there. I have some photos from our last hike there to share.
(those nice people left, so I took a pic of the empty bench)
Since I can't eat sugar (because of some crazy kind of allergy) you can have ALL of the cake and ice cream that you can get away from my hubby! haha!
It's supposed to be in the 70s today so it's a perfect day to hit the trails.

Oh boy, we are preparing for a major snow storm to arrive tonight, tomorrow and into Saturday. Prediction is 6 - 12". Prudence is all bundled up and sitting on her sled waiting for the first snowflake to fall. We will send pictures.

Happy birthday my dear - even though I'm a bit tardy. In honor of your birthday I cleaned my kitchen to the bare essentials today - everything was removed from the counters and baking island and scrubbed - canisters were emptied, washed and refilled, doors were wiped down- everything possible was shined up. It was a fun day and then I baked a lemon loaf cake. Well, I can pretend I did it in honor of your birthday. I'm glad you had a fun walk and the photos are fabulous - as always.
