Rainbow Springs State Park

I know with all the winter weather going on in the country right now, it's hard to believe this is what Rainbow Springs State Park looks like this week. February in Florida....I love it! We've had gorgeous weather with temps in the 70s this week.

And the azaleas are blooming.

I tend to take pics 'over' the fences but I stood back and made sure to get some fences in some of the shots!

White azaleas aren't usually my favorites, but aren't these blooms beautiful? I like RED, what's your favorite color?

I hope you have some pretty flowers to enjoy this week!

We should see warmer temps this weekend and the daffodils are up but looks like another week or so before they bloom. I love the deep pink azaleas against all the green, so beautiful.

Enjoying only the carnations on the dining table. We have lots of Colorado sunshine melting snow. The park is beautiful and a wonderful place to enjoy a walk.

So refreshing to see such greenery although it is green here and the daffodils have been blooming for a bit now. Early for here. I love your header picture...you have such a good eye (2 really) for seeing unique subjects for photos. I can see the beautiful teal and turquoise in the "rainbow" springs and gorgeous flowers. What a lovely post and I swear you live in the prettiest part of Florida!
Hugs...Sam

Hi Diane, what beautiful photos. The flowers you are enjoying are just stunning for February. The fence intertwined with that beautiful setting is gorgeous. This would make a beautiful painting. We're having warm temps here too near 80 each day. Hope it takes us right up to spring. Have a great weekend ahead sweet friend. xo

Rainbow Springs State Park is so pretty, Diane. I have to say that the vibrant Pink is my favorite color for azaleas. I used to have a big bush in my front yard at our old house and they always grew so nicely in spring. That aqua water is lovely.

Hi sweet friend! Long time no visit...how are you? I hope you are doing well, dear Diane.

Your photos are glorious and what a joy to have flowers blooming. Enjoy the weekend. Hugs!

Oh the azaleas are wonderful - my preference might be pink - but any color flower is nice. When azaleas bloom here the blossoms are so thick that the whole plant is covered - I'll get some photos in the spring. I'm enjoying a nice big bouquet of daffodils that Don gave me - nothing is bloomming here yet. Here comes the weekend - have so much fun with your family my dear.
