We drove over to Fanning Springs State Park this week to enjoy nature.
I have lots of photos to share but I'll start with a walk down to the swimming area.
The water was crystal clear with shades of aqua and green.
We didn't swim but it sure looked tempting.
Maybe next time!

Your pictures are just beautiful Diane. It is beginning to look and feel like spring here. The trees and flowers are budding! That makes me happy.
Wow that water is beautiful! It's looks so clean and inviting. You'll be able to see anything that's coming to get you!! :)
I love fanning spring's but that eater is so cold, like our Wakulla Springs!
It's gorgeous. I love the color of the water!
It looks beautiful there Diane. The water is so blue but I don't like the mucky bottom for walking in. lol I hope you have a great day. Hugs, Pam
Diane, I love those beautiful colors. I think I would be afraid to swim in out door waters...other than a swimming pool. Have you ever seen gators around there. ? Hope you are having some great times on your hikes. Blessings, xoxo,Susie

That water is very pretty, but you can't trick me! There's a gator in there somewhere, right?
Diane, so beautiful! I wonder if the water tastes good? It looks like it would.

Such an inviting post--would love to visit this area some day. XOXO
So pretty Diane! The water looks very inviting. Love the trees with the spanish moss hanging down. You are lucky to have such lovely weather so much of the year! Hope all is good. Still very busy here but trying to get in some sewing!

Diane - that water sure looks inviting, beautiful colours within it.
All the best Jan
Oh my goodness! Such beautiful water!
You always have the best adventures. You find the most beautiful places to share with us.
I can't even tell you how beautiful that water looks to me. Ours over here is nevr that blue and lovely (cause of the mangos) but now it is really bad because of the problems with dumping Lake Okechobee water for the sugar growers. It's really bad.
