Louder and louder!

And then he came!

How amazing to see this breeding pair of Red shouldered Hawks at the Blue Run Park in Dunnellon.

We usually see hawks when we walk on the trails but it’s always a challenge to get good photos.

It’s still awfully hot to hike here in Florida but we shouldn’t complain! So if you need a few critters to enjoy ‘inside’ where it’s cool..

DSCN2062

go to the Dollar Tree for these cute little guys and enjoy your weekend in the air conditioning!

(they are solar powered, so turn them the other way to face the sun and they will swing and sway and entertain for hours! lol)

I’m joining Saturday’s critters HERE

and I’d Rather B Birdin’.

I like the frog! I have a butterfly. Those hawks are amazing and I would have liked watching the lady of the house calling in her mate.

Wow- you captured two of them...I rarely can get a good shot of one! Cute little gadgets...I have one that is solar powered, but it only worked for about a week. I hope it cools off for you soon.
