I wanted to get my Mosaic post done early because I have a Giveaway starting Monday morning. Please come back and enter! It will be open to everyone!
We took a hike at Ross Prairie yesterday and it was gorgeous! Our high temp was 73 and there was even some cloud cover.
How surprising to see so much ‘Florida Fall Foliage’!
Even the pine straw was a beautiful dark red.
We walked for 1 hr 50 minutes and enjoyed being back on one of our favorite Florida trails (and the one that is closest to our house!)
I’m joining Mosaic Monday HERE.

Good Morning Diane!
Your are such an active and exuberant friend and this Fall foliage is lovely.
As you well know in Texas we arrive slowly to the seasons of change.
However, we have had a few snippets of color that brightened the Texas sky.
Thank you for sharing this pretty inspiration with us!
Hugs,
Jemma
A gorgeous place to walk. I think I'd enjoy walking there--few if any hills. Nice to have you back.
Hello, there are some pretty falls colors in Florida. Looks like a nice trail and place for a walk. Lovely nature scenes and photos. Have a happy day and new week ahead!
Diane, I love your blog. It shows parts of Florida other than Disney World and the beaches. Parts that most of never think of when thinking of Florida. So many pretty hiking trails, parks ,and wild life. Blessings , xoxo, Susie
That looks like a gorgeous place to walk and enjoy Nature.
Florida actually does have fall, doesn't it? It looks like a great walk!

The weather here is about the same and in the 70s--we love it! We're to get some rain and then back up in the 80s mid week. Love all these pretty Fall pictures, you do a great job! I love when the berries come out! Spotted my first ones this weekend! We walked alot over the holiday too and our time is pretty similar to yours...usually an hour and a half to two hours if it's not bad hot. Can you believe it's almost December?
Hi. That's a bit of a drive for me, but I may make it one of these days. I've visited every trail near home. I'm having to drive a bit to make a new park.
Lovely fotos
So nice to see the seasonal changes occurring in Florida, the reds and greens are very striking. I think we'd enjoy taking our GSD, M'selle Fleur, for a walk through those woods, she loves a long hike.
Happy Mosaic Monday.
So pretty! It looks cloudy here today. Hugs!
Looks such a very nice place to walk.
I do like your mosaics
All the best Jan
So gorgeous for sure. You took some beautiful shots and created some lovely mosaics. Hope you have a good week!
What a lovely hike you had! And perfect temps for hiking too! Lucky you! No hiking happening here, first big snowstorm on its way. :(
Enjoy your week. Hugs
Lovely pictures! I posted a foliage collage too.
Good morning, Diane. Hiking is such a wonderful way to get outdoors (and get in some exercise). Love the places you take us to. Beautiful photos of the trees and foliage.
I'm always amazed at the vast landscape in FL every time I visit your blog. You really do go on the best adventures. Thank you for sharing such beautiful photos with us.
Beautiful walking trail -- i really got behind on reading -- that was such a nice giveaway you made 9on your post above) and you worked SO hard to put it together:)))) LOL! ... our resort in Ft M does giveaways from the various states where we all live -- one talented neighbor puts them into beautiful gift baskets. And then one or two are raffled off every week or two as a fund raiser. Anyone would be delighted to win one like you put together from SC!
