The ‘sweetest’ face “Wednesday Wee Ones”

Some thrift store finds are sweeter than others.

Look who has joined me in the lanai!

IMG_3454

The sweetest little bear with the cutest little face!

IMG_3457

The only thing he needs is a ribbon and I’m pretty sure I can find him one!

IMG_3456

He was worth WAY more than 50 cents, don’t you think?

UPDATED!!! I wrote this post, went to the Hospice Thrift store and found another one! They both had their tags on and they were made by A*VON. I cut the tags off (I’ll pretend I made them. Prudence, don’t tell!!!)

And I found a girl ribbon and a boy ribbon to tell them apart!

So So Sweet!

More sweetness for the lanai.

Have you found something special this week, too?

They really are sweet! And great buy too! The only thing I found was a pen at the back of my settee along with lots of other rubbish stuff that shoudn`t be there! :)
Hugs!

They are so cute! I think they were originally 'born' with a little pink breast cancer shirt on! I had one from Avon and wish I still had that little bear now!! Cute as can be. No thrifting for me, but I have found a few treasures at Mom's!!

hugs, Linda

Such cure little guys. Do you have ARC in Florida? A very dangerous place. I look for pretty dishes, vases, tea cups, and now doll house miniatures. I need to just stay out of ARC and Goodwill. These little bears sure got lucky.

No. I'm trying to let things go around here. I spend time looking and asking myself if it would be okay to let it all go. Sigh.

Cute bears...glad that they are "an item" and that you reunited them, if only in your dreams.

They are so sweet! We found one thing this week: a new kitchen faucet. Ours quit working and leaked water all over the cabinet under the sink.

Those bears are so sweet! Glad you have a girl and boy so they can keep each other company. Great buy as usual my friend.

Jake and I went to our favorite shop on Saturday and, while I found one cute little three-footed bean pot, I didn't buy it. Ouch! The line was so long it would have taken a half hour or more to go through. And no carts were available. That's what a rainy forecast will do---all the yard sale lookers came inside! Love your bear babies!

Beary sweet! I love how you made one a boy and one a girl..
My favorite find this week is a vintage baby scale. It has the cutest lithograph on it, but I don't have anywhere to put it!

Oh Miss Lavender Dreams that is cheating....besides I know that you make bee-u-tee-ful bears and animals AND a monkey that you are keeping from us.

Do these little twins have names? You do name your fur babies don't you?

Don't make me come to your house and teach you the rules.

Hugs & Giggles

I think you need to give them names. They are a perfect couple. Maybe Bogie and Bacall. I know the lanai friends will enjoy their company. Enjoy your day.

Hi Diane, what a sweet pair of bears for your lanai. Love the darling little faces and the ribbons are perfect. What a great find and yes, way worth more then 50 cents. How special you found them both so close to each other. Must have been meant to be. They look darling with your other little ones.

Have a great rest of the week and Happy Mother's Day too.
XO Blessings!

Keep on playing with your sweet bears! They might enjoy a tea party with your other wee friends. No time for thrifting lately, but I spied an estate sale or two that I might need to visit Saturday morning! Hugs!

I love it when sweet critters get rescued from the thrift stores. I know they will fit right in with the rest of your household and live there happily ever after.

I love those bears. The pillow behind them is the cutest thing. I am missing going junking. Sad face here. Hope you are having a fun week, xoxo,Susie

haha, these bears are so sweet. I wish I still had an Avon lady to get one. I have been looking around for the perfect teddy bear lately. How nice that you found two alike, and I love their faces.

I wanted to tell you that my blog post referred to people in my outside world, not my blog friends. Our blog friends are the kindest and most supportive people around. I don't know what I'd do without them sometimes. Now, people in my outside world....that's a different story.

Happy Mother's Day, Diane.

Yes, they do have the cutest faces! That first one, sitting there waiting for you to find a ribbon reminds me of the book I read to my kids, 'A Pocket For Corduroy.' :-)

Awwwwwww! How sweet! Yes, I have found some interesting things this week, but none that can hold a candle to these cuties :).

Your bears are cute, but it's the Raggedy Annie's that are so adorable I can't stand it. Where do you find those?

I bet you were so much fun to play "dolls" with when you were a kid. xo
