‘Santa’s Helpers’ for Wednesday Wee Ones!

I love dressing a few of my dolls for the holidays.

(I made these little flannel gowns.)

And these cute pixies are ready to help decorate!

We called them Pixies when I was growing up and they really take me back to my childhood.

And when I started collecting them a few years ago, Kim at Happy @ Home was sweet enough to send me a few from her collection. (the three in the photo below)

I add to my collection when I find them at thrift stores now. They always come out for Christmas (and a few stay out year round in my sewing room).

Do you have some favorite toys or dolls that you bring out for Christmas?

I’ll be sharing some of mine for ‘Wednesday Wee Ones’ this month!

If you do a post with dolls or toys, let me know and I’ll put a link at the end of my post.

JoAnn has some cute holiday dollies to share in her post HERE! You’ll love visiting her!

I love it when you share your dolls and their clothes you have made. I don't collect dolls except on Pinterest...but if I had a chance to redo my childhood, I absolutely would. Love the little elves, too- I have but one- and he is my favorite.

What adorable flannel gowns. Yes, my sister and I also had some pixie elves that we loved. I recently found a few of them stored away. Looking forward to seeing more of your dolls. I may make some holidays clothing for some of my dolls.

Those little pixies went to the right home. They look as happy as can be with their new friends. I love the flannel gowns you made for your dollies and that red ladder is adorable.
You've convinced me... as soon as I'm done working today it's playtime :).

Those cute girls in their Christmas outfits made me grin! So sweet. I bring out one stuffed bear that's in a Christmas outfit and put it where the grandchildren will find it. Have a great day!

What fun - I just had to jump in and see what your dollies are doing for the holidays. Mine are decorating - or at least helping to decorate. I love love love the pixies - I haven't seen any for years - wonder if they all went to live in Florida. Love your header too - I've really go to catch up on blog reading - soon I hope. Happy Holiday season my dear.

Oh these little ones look SO adorable in their Christmas nighties! You did a beautiful job on them! I have a wee little "pixie" on my tree that has been around forever...I don't even know where he came from. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at your place! :)

Well that's an idea...some of my stuffies might enjoy being under the tree now that you mention it. Your dollies look so nice in their beautiful flannel nighties.

No dollies unfortunately sis. I will admire yours and when I was looking at your pixies, I thought if my grands could see all the 'elves on a shelf' you have they'd think you knew Santa personally. lol

I'm sure your dollies love getting dressed in their special Christmas nightgowns. My children always loved having special Christmas "jammies"...

Oh, those elves are adorable, Diane. I can see why you have been collecting them. The one in the middle on the second picture looks like a vintage elf hehehe.

I love your pixies! I bought one last year at an after Christmas sale and my granddaughter named him 'Fred" when she saw him this year and told me that he is like the "elf on the shelf" that keeps getting into trouble..lol
