Here are a few photos of the dining room in our condo.
(and YES...I've already changed things on top and inside!
I'll take more photos another day!)
I am so inspired by my favorite blogs.
Kim at the Daisy Cottage showed us how she stacks her china
so I just had to try it with some vintage china I've collected over the years!
And another favorite Blog...and book, 37 Days told us to buy birthday candles
and celebrate life so I thought I would put a few in a vintage 'Fire King' mug.
This is one of my favorite works of art and it looks perfect in the dining room.
WHOOPSIE.......
this is where everything gets put while we find a place! lol
Have a wonderful weekend!
And here's a beautiful sunset!
Thanks Michela!
You're a sweetheart!

Hi Diane,
I enjoyed seeing your dinning room.
I laughed when you said about the place, where things go until you can find a home for things.
I think we all have a place like that.
Love you stack of China.
the sunset is so pretty.

We all have places like that lol. And I love what you've done with candles.

unpacking is a lot of work, sometimes fun finding where things now "work"!
Your dining room is a lovely, appetizing color!

Hi Diane,
What fun setting up a new home. You are really coming along with your decorating. I see a sweet little doll sitting by the corner of your hutch.
Your hutch is lovely!
Take care and enjoy your day,
Elizabeth
I love your hutch and I see a doll peeking out from a corner. It looks like you have some beautiful vintage china. It must be fun decorating your new home. It is a lot of work though.
Thank you for visiting me and for your nice comments.

AND I will definitely treat a cup to some beautiful birthday candles too! What a great idea!
Thank you for being a sweetheart!!

You have some beautiful china. And I love the cabinet.
Your dining room table looks just like mine usually looks! And I'm not moving in!
You have a beautiful collection of everything Diane, and that cabinet is just great. Happy week/hugs/M
I like your stacked china. I should try that! Everyone needs a place to put things until they find a permanent place. Our dining room table looks like that and we didn't just move in! Twyla
It looks like you've already been living there a while. I hope it feels just like home.
