Hello friends,

I'm your Vitameatavegamin girl.

Are you tired, run - down, listless?

Do you poop out at parties?

Are you unpopular?

The answer to all your problems is in this little bottle.
VITAMEATAVEGAMIN.

Vitameatavegamin contains Vitamins, Meat, Vegetables, and Minerals.

Yes, with Vitameatavegamin, you can spoon your way to health.
All you do is take a great big tablespoonful after every meal.
Mmmmmm.... It's so tasty, too! Tastes just like candy!

So why don't you join all the thousands of happy peppy people
and get a great big bottle of Vitameatavegamin tomorrow!

That's Vita-meata-vegamin! (wink)

Here's the long version on YouTube....well worth watching!

I Love Lucy "Vitameatavegamin" !

I go from feeling like I am simplifying my life
to being totally overwhelmed.
Does anyone else live with guilt?
I feel like I can never do enough
or keep up with everything that is important to me.
Anyone else have the same problem?
Do you think we need some Vitameatavegamin?
Or does watching old I Love Lucy shows help?
We watched "My Favorite Brunette" with Bob Hope
last night and it was funny.

Have a wonderful Friday.
I need to make a list of "Things to do".
That always helps! lol

Oh, I really do LOVE Lucy! This one and the one at the candy factory are just priceless! :-)

And, I hear you about not having enough hours in the day. Sometimes my lists have lists ;-)

I used to be able to accomplish so much in a week....

Hmmm, could it be that I'm older now?

Nooooo!!! lol

Smiles,
Crystal

I have often wondered why I live with so much guilt. Just when I feel at peace I find things to worry about...or think about what I should be doing.
Lucy makes me laugh, I love the episodes when they moved to the country--her house is so cute!
Hope you have a nice weekend...Kate

Had so much fun watching this and some of the others clips as well...I worry way to much about everything that needs are should be done. My health won't let me keep up with it all like I want...so,I try and focus more on what I have done instead of what I haven't or can't do....it helps..a little....smile.....hope your weekend is wonderful and blessed...

OMG Diane! I make lists for everything. I'm pretty organized, but I still get overwhelmed all the time (maybe, I'm making too many lists. hee hee hee!!!). I think I could use some of Lucy's Vitameatavegamin! I love her, and Ethel too. I love that episode, and the one with all the little chicks in her country home, and the one where she thinks she's lost her ring in the barbeque, oh and the one where they're in Hollywood with John Wayne...Oh heck! I love them all!!! Thanks for the clip and the giggles! Hugs, Paulette ;)

I keep mental lists, but I no longer write them down as I lose them. lol

I love watching reruns of older sitcoms. Also love crisp days like today. I have learned to let go of the guilt; feeling guilty would take up too much time and then I would feel guilty about THAT.

Enjoy your day. Thanks for the chuckle with the YouTube clip.

I loved this episode of I Love Lucy.

You pretty much described me and probably most women. I never feel that I have done enough or good enough. Since getting really old, I am constantly thinking of what I need to do and want to do before it is too late. I have to fight off these depressing thoughts quite often.

Lists do help me. It is just that the list never ever ends!:)

Iris

Does Vitameatavegamin make guilt go away? Then pass me some! I never feel like I do enough for anyone...a good laugh with Lucy sure helps though. :)

That's one of my favorite episodes! I so identify with you. I never get caught up, there are not enough hours in the day, nor energy in my body to do everything I need to do. I try the modern day vitameatavegamin (energy drinks). It gets me a little further. Have a nice Sunday! Twyla
