And now Gooseberry Patch has a BLOG and a contest going on so I wanted to take part! I love all of their products and would be thrilled to have more of these wonderful cookbooks. It’s time to start baking and enjoying our homes….now that we are ‘stuck’ inside more. It’s rainy and cool here today. I think I’ll BAKE something good!

Enjoy this festive season !

What a great magazine!! I will have to look it up on the internet. Have not seen something as nice as that here in Germany. A cookie exchange - makes me think of my sisters who kinda do that within the family itself every year. I am too far away though. But, I will be baking lots of cookies for family and friends here. I love this time of year, and search out new recipes for cookies that I can bake and perhaps let them become a new family favorite and tradition! warmly, debby

I just love Gooseberry Patch books. The ladies that own the company live about an hour away from here...and I got to see them at the Country Living Fair. They were selling and signing their books.
They also have a big clearance sale at the fairgrounds every year...and I've never been, but I sure hope to make it the one next year.

First let me thank you for your kind words on my blog. I was just so overwhelmed with the video.
thank you.
I have one of Goosberry Patch cook books or I think it is one of the Chistmas books. Yes, it is the Christmas book 3. They have such wonderful ideas and great recipes. This is my favorite time of year and I am so busy with samplers that I am making and a Nautical Christmas tree skirt for another of my daughters. I just hope I don't run out of time.
I love visiting your blog. It is always a warm and inviting place to visit.

I was not familiar with these books though I think I may have seen a catalog from Gooseberry Patch?

You have done a lovely post highlighting all the features and now I'm going to google the name to see if I can buy one, too :-)
Thanks for sharing this little treasure!
