Well....it is Florida!

We drove over to our favorite Chinese restaurant for take out last night and I took my camera with me! Always ready!

And this is what I photographed out the window of the car...

It looked so neat late in the evening!

And several cars slowed down to see why we had slowed down!

I wonder if they saw what we saw!

And what did we get for dinner?

I got Cashew Chicken and my hubby got Moo Goo Gai Pan!

DSCN1799

I love the tiny little rice cartons!

We love this China King...

all fresh ingredients NOTHING from a can!

And NO MSG! YAY!

What’s your favorite Chinese food?

Green. Green. Even if it is covered with dandelions...I want green. Oh and cashew chicken!

Dandelions are a tough weed and come up early. I still have some from last summer and new ones coming in. Ugh. I hate them. I have dug them up and sprayed and they still come back. We love Mongolian beef or chicken and sesame chicken. Getting hungry just thinking about it.

We ate Chinese buffet for lunch today and Don likes the General Tso chicken and I'm a vegetable Lo Mein girl. Your photos are great and that cashew chicken had a lot more cashews than where we ate.

Looks great! I could go for some Chinese Food! My favorite? Boneless spare ribs, fried rice and Kung Pao Chicken.

Thanks for your great offer...be right there! :D

I enjoyed seeing the dandelions upon the hill. Favorite Chinese food? Hmmm, it's not my favorite kind of food, but if pressed, I can eat General Tso's chicken.

Love the dandelion photos! Just think about all the wishes that are waiting to made by little children blowing on them!
PS...you just helped me decided what we're doing for supper! :-)

My family enjoys Chinese food too. In my country by the way, a great part of our culture is influenced by the Chinese people. In my case I love dumplings with Chili sauce.

The pictures indicating spring are very lovely. Thank you for showing us the pictures. Sometimes in our lives, our too busy schedule prevents us from appreciating the little beautiful things around us.

I look forward for more posts. :)

I love all Chinese food, unless my husband cooks it for us we only eat out when in the Uk or China :)
I love your dandelion shots and I bet they didn't have a clue what you were looking at!

Reading comment again it sounds odd. I should have inserted the words 'Chinese food' before out, as otherwise it sounds like we never go out to eat! We sure do just not for Chinese food in Italy!

I was expecting to see yellow dandelions, but I guess it makes sense that in Florida they would be farther along.
Mmm, that cashew chicken looks tasty.

Diane, they may be dandelions, the bane of gardeners everywhere, BUT right now, with all this snow on the ground (22"), I'll take 'em! LOL!
Hugs,
Diane

PS: You can buy those little cartons in pretty pastel colors at Michael's! Not for food according to the package, but I use them for gift boxes.
Hugs again, Diane

We've been known to stop traffic like that too, LOL! Love the looks of that cashew chicken. I adore the hot and spicy dishes, but we recently had some orange peel beef and it was excellent!
