We love to travel!
Each time we make the trip between our condo in North Carolina and our home in Florida we marvel at the sites we see along the way!
We saw more of the cotton fields in Georgia being harvested!
And I said....out loud....something else I would love to see!
And is that it ahead of us?
EEEE!!!
I think it IS!
WOW!
A crop duster passed over us again and again!
I was aiming my camera out every window until.....
I got the perfect shot! (I’m proud of this one!)
I’m joining Mary from the dear little red house
for Mosaic Monday!
I hope you’ll join us, too!

Great shots!! xo
beautiful, they look like our water bombers!
Great picture!! Love seeing the cotton fields...they are so new to me!
Really great shot of the crop duster...right place, right time. Made me think of planes, trains and automobiles.
Wow, you should be VERY proud of that last shot -- fabulous!!! Thanks for sharing the sights with us at MM. :)
Great shots! Especially the crop duster, so cool to see that up close like that!
wow that is a wonderful photo of the crop duster! Glad you had such a nice drive back down to the winter place!
That picture of the crop duster is awesome...there is a big cotton field right across the highway and one that borders our property on the side of the house. I always get nervous when they spray the defoliate on the cotton to kill the leaves. Imagine you are standing at the window watching and the plane is coming toward your house (he is flying pretty low) and when he is about 50 feet away he pulls the plane up and goes over the house. Great Picture!!
Fabulous photos of the crop duster, Diane! What are they spraying on the cotton? I wish I could touch some of that raw cotton to see what it feels like. Enjoy Florida!
What fun to have 2 homes to enjoy! So looks like you might be enjoying the holidays in Florida?! Blessings!
That was a great shot! You did well.
Thanks for the virtual tour. I love seeing pictures from everyone's travels.
Thanks also for your very sweet birthday wishes! That really meant so much to me.
Best wishes for a great week,
Natasha.
Good shot of the crop dusting plane.
Many people don't realize that the dust sprayed on crops will travel on the wind and can cause health problems.
We lived for 10 years near the famous Holland Marsh (Ontario) and both our daughters became asthmatic - the doctor said there was a high rate of respiratory problems in the area from the spraying. Who knew?

Fabulous shot. Perfect timing.
great shot - we don't see crop dusters very often. How far of a drive is it between your 2 homes?
I didn't even know that crops were dusted this way anymore. (They aren't in ME. Big old tractors that look like giant bugs do all the crop dusting.) It must've been fun to see!
Oh you got some great shots! I bet it is such a beautiful drive!!
Wonderful shots from your trip.
You and Mr. Lavender must be wearing out the highways 'cause you're always going somewhere ! I think it's great that the two of you have such good times together. I have never seen cotton growing but I have seen a crop duster but not as closely as you did. Great shot!-----Shannon
Hello name mate! You are really so lucky to see these beautiful places. I love looking at each picture at the middle of a busy workday. They are just so refreshing and relaxing to see.
Traveling is so much fun. Great shot with the crop duster.
Wow! You did the perfect shot!
Have a nice week,
Markus

What a GREAT shot of the crop duster. They are really something to watch!
great pic ... love a road trip :)
Wow! The perfect shot!!
We love to travel too. And your photos of crop duster reminds me when I first saw it. We were nearby a potato farm and the plane is doing it's loop and I took a lot of photos after that I itched, hehe. Thanks for sharing and happy MOnday!
What a great "commute" you have. As always..., thanks for sharing the journey!!
A pretty drive with all the Fall color - Great shot of the crop duster.
Oh my goodness that last picture is amazing!
Blessings, Joanne
Yay, so glad you will link up and I forgot to add my 'Live inspired' button, which is now on my post. Love your heart to get behind this venture :) Thank you.
Gorgeous photographs. I love to travel too. I have been meaning to drive to North Carolina each year. So many pretty places to visit.

What beautiful autumn views while traveling you had. Magnificent on the photo of the crop duster. That one was hard to get I know.
That was really a great shot!
No wonder you enjoy your trip so much - the scenery is lovely.
Sweetheart, it's a gorgeous shot and I am so proud of your photography, but...I hope you didn't take any deep breaths!
HOW I do love visiting you!!
How fun! Love the crop duster pics -- I've never seen cotton in a field, just in a jar in the bathroom by my makeup!
Great shot! I love to watch crop dusters! I know they're working, and it can be dangerous, but it looks like a free form roller coaster.. such fun!!
What awesome snaps Diane. You have a beautiful ride indeed.
Wow! Great shot indeed!!
Beautiful photos; what a lovely road trip on an awesome day! :) I would love to travel down that road someday, and see the cotton fields in Georgia!
Thanks for sharing,
Denise
