‘Fun and Frivolous!’

I just have to share these cute little guys!

DSCN4663

I didn’t find them here in Florida.

My sister sent them to me from Arkansas!

DSCN4666

They are Dollar Tree buys, solar powered.

They dance and move all day long here in the sunshine state!

I don’t usually shop at the Dollar stores

(I pick up enough ‘cheap' stuff from thrifting)

but I went to a couple looking for them and found one!

DSCN4679

Skeletons are not ‘my thing’ so this one is going to my sister in Arkansas! heehee!

Of course you know anything cute will end up in the lanai!

DSCN4675

DANCING in the LANAI!!!

Have you seen any of these?

I stopped in a dollar tree the other day and they only had the flowers. I wanted a scarecrow for Tiger. I might have to look in a few other dollar trees this week. They are silly but cute and hey for $1 not a bad whimsical buy!

hugs, Linda

I like the scarecrows. Sometimes when you walk thru the aisles of the dollar stores...some creapy little things speak. Smiles, Susie

Hi Diane, I too have found the flower and bug ones at the Dollar Tree, as I am in Orlando, but haven't seen the Halloween ones yet, I will have to go check and see if I can find them...they are wicked cute! I actually bought some at the end of the school year to give as part of my childrens teachers gifts:)

We've seen flowers, owls, hula dancers (they werern't $1 or close though!) but NEVER scarecrows....they are ADORABLE!!

You are way ahead of me in your fall decorating. I am still recovering from the looooong hot summer. It has finally cooled off a bit here. Love the old lanterns and the big eyed dolls are adorable. The dancing scarecrows are a cute way to welcome the season with celebration. I think the little skeleton is cute too. have a wonderful day!!!!Lisa

My friend Betty picked one up for me(in the brown). They are cute..aren't they? That's always the problem when I go to The Dollar Tree, there is to much cuteness there to want to bring home :) Blessings

Well, these look like the dolls that were part of a BBC programme for children called Bill and Ben... they were the Flowerpot men, and their friend was weeeed , very like the sunflower, and they had adventures each day... early early childrens' programmes in England, long forgotten I bet.. must be over 50 years ago now!!!
