Fall touches around the condo!

I keep most of my Fall decorations here at our condo in the mountains.

It’s fun to enjoy some pretty things while we are here.

And most of my Fall things are the perfect color for our condo that is decorated in what we call ‘mountain colors’.

My sweet Pumpkin girl was made by my girlfriend, Pat at All is Bright…HERE ! I love her so much!

PS I had this post ready for the last day of the month but it sure seems frivolous when so many are suffering in our country right now. Our hearts go out to those in the path of the hurricane. We are praying for you all. God bless.

Our last pretty day? Update!

One more walk at Fletcher Park (last weekend) so hubby came along! The weather…she’s a changin’ here in the mountains!

So we took advantage of a cloudy cool day to feed the ducks.

Here they COME!!!

And to walk on the trails.

I love seeing the last of the flowers!

Bittersweet is everywhere along the trail. It’s so beautiful for Fall decorating!

Barn Charm Photo

I’ve always wanted to take part in Barn Charm and we certainly see some neat old barns here in the mountains of North Carolina. Of course we also have winding roads and mountains and trees! Who knew it would be almost impossible to take photos of the wonderful old barns I see and love.

This one was taken while I was walking on a trail in Fletcher Park so I’m peeking through the trees and zooming all the way! lol

The Bend in the Road

We took a little drive after dinner and just as we ‘rounded the bend’ we saw this beautiful country church.

I wanted to put a pretty ‘country church’ quote on one of my photos but I had no idea how hard it would be to find one if you googled ‘country church’!

One of best quotes I found didn’t apply to my photos but I like it so much that I’ll share it with you.

We went to the Agriculture Center for The 28th Fall Harvest Days “Antique Engine & Tractor Show”!

Normally I would say this would not be my favorite craft show.

But I can’t say that any more!

It was awesome!

Nice weather…

a building full of crafts…

and a Tractor Parade!

It just doesn’t get any better than that!

I’m pretty sure it wasn’t even on my bucket list, but it sure was fun!
